9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Stanze nuove, grandi, ben arredate e pulite. Posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro e metro a circa10 minuti a piedi. Il proprietario disponibile sempre via whatsapp
Si potrebbe migliorare l'isolamento acustico dai rumori esterni.

L’emplacement Calme
6 / 10Average·Oct 2026
Posizione abbastanza centrale ma tranquilla.
Bagno senza aerazione con forte odore di scarico. Materasso in pessime condizioni (sfondato). Letto a castello in precarie condizioni. Si sentono molto i rumori in corridoio per l’isolamento porte molto basso. Basterebbe un po’ di manutenzione per migliorare notevolmente il comfort.
