Smooth communication with the staff, easy check-in and check-out. We could leave our bags in the property after check-out which was a plus! The room is nice and the toilet looked modern. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was very tidy and looked well equipped.

Unfortunately, we found a cockroach in our bathroom which made us feel that the place was a bit dirty. The building area was closed, which made us feel quite safe, but the walk to the city center was very dirty and didn’t feel as safe since it’s closer to the central station.

While the accommodation itself was excellent, the surrounding neighborhood wasn’t as pleasant as we expected.

The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and we enjoyed our stay. The building felt secure, with three separate locked doors required to enter, which gave us additional peace of mind while traveling with our young daughter. We appreciated having access to the shared kitchen area and were able to use it one evening with a food delivery order. The hosts were responsive and we did not have any issues with the apartment itself. Overall, the accommodation was clean, secure, and comfortable. Just be sure your expectations align with the neighborhood, and verify the laundry situation if that amenity is important to your stay.

One thing prospective guests should be aware of is that the listing showed a washing machine, which was an important factor in our decision to book. When we asked about using it, we were informed that laundry service was available for an additional charge or that there was a nearby laundromat. If having an in-unit or guest-accessible washing machine is important to you, I would recommend clarifying this before booking. The other consideration is the surrounding neighborhood. While the B&B is conveniently located within walking distance of many historic attractions, we personally found the immediate area to feel rough and uncomfortable, especially when walking with a child. We never experienced any problems or felt directly threatened, but it was not the atmosphere we expected. This was our first visit to Naples in nearly 20 years, and we were surprised by the amount of graffiti, litter, and general urban decay in many areas of the city. Others may have a different perspective, but we felt it is important for future visitors to understand the environment surrounding the property.
