Bardzo dobra lokalizacja – niedaleko dworca centralnego, historycznego centrum oraz stacji metra, dzięki czemu obiekt stanowi świetną bazę do zwiedzania Neapolu i okolic. Okolica była jak na Neapol bezpieczna i tętniąca życiem. Mimo dużego ruchu oraz baru znajdującego się przy wejściu do kamienicy, w pokoju było cicho i komfortowo. Pokój był czysty, zadbany i wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne podczas pobytu. Na plus zasługują wygodne łóżko, sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja oraz zestaw kosmetyków w łazience. Do dyspozycji gości pozostaje również dobrze wyposażona część wspólna. Śniadanie obejmuje kawę i rogalika serwowane w barze przy wejściu do kamienicy. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje gospodarz Domenico – niezwykle pomocny, życzliwy i dbający o komfort swoich gości.

Accueil très aimable et serviable mais expéditif, tout fonctionne au moyen de codes. Le petit déjeuner, inclus dans le prix de la chambre, se résume à une boisson et une viennoiserie à prendre au café dans la rue. La cuisine collective de l'appartement ne comporte pas de bouilloire ni d'instructions pour faire fonctionner la cafetière à capsules, il n'a pas été possible de s'y faire un petit déjeuner. Il y manque aussi un torchon ou des serviettes en papier.

The location is very good, near many sights in Sanita’ and less than 5 min walking from the metro station. The room is very spacious and clean.

Overall, the stay had both positive and negative aspects. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the whole stay. We received many great restaurant recommendations, the room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed regularly, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, there were also some important downsides. There was visible mold on the bathroom wall, which should definitely be addressed (picture). The biggest issue, however, was the noise insulation. The room is located directly next to a shared kitchen/common area, and the walls are extremely thin. Even normal conversations between other guests become very disruptive and can easily be heard from the room. If people spend time there in the evening or return late at night, it is very difficult to rest properly, even when they are simply talking at a normal volume.
