La ubicación y la facilidad para acceder. Mucho aparcamiento cerca (al menos, un sábado por la tarde).
El apartamento tiene mucho potencial, pero necesita algo más de dedicación y cuidado. Falta una puerta de la mampara de la ducha. Está poco equipado (faltan utensilios de cocina, pocos platos para 3 personas, solo ponen toalla de baño...). Para una noche está bien, pero no para más días.

The appartment is located 5 minutes walk from the historic centre. We felt safe while in the house because anyone must have a code to come into the front yard. Furthermore, the owner has left the aircondition on, so it was really a cool breeze when we arrived, thank you for that.
Unfortunately, the appartment was really dirty..There is mold in the bathroom, the sofa had stains on it, and there was only three big towels so we couldn't use them to the body and face.. We are really disappointed about it, because the appartment has many benefits, but special attention needs to be given to important details.
