B35 - Deluxe Spacious Apartment Old Town-Free Parking

Tout était parfait: l'appartement, l'espace, les équipements. La localisation est idéale (tram, centre historique,...) Le propriétaire Filip est très attentif et sympathique! Excellent choix pour un séjour en famille à Bucarest!

Appartamento molto carino e spazioso, con tutto il necessario. A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro vitale della città. Proprietario gentile e disponibile, e indicazioni per il self check in semplici e chiare

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, la strada in cui si trova l’appartamento non è stupenda, e la sera può dare l’impressione di sentirsi un po isolati (nonostante si è vicinissimi al centro)

This apartment was an absolute surprise. Looking from the outside, the old building blends perfectly with the rest of the surrounding ones and it doesn’t promise much and yet, there it was, on the 4th floor, a wonderful, bright and peaceful space all for us. We were a group of eight friends and spent a few days for New Year’s Eve in the city and this apartment was exactly what we needed: a place where all us could stay, cook and simply chill when needed after visiting the city and enjoy the 2026 celebrations and parties. More than highly recommended. Close to the centre, good value of money and simply lovely. A special thank you to the host Filip, a very nice, welcoming and helpful one. He always replied in time, give us all the information about the house and helped us when had issues. So if you are a family or a big group and you are in town for a couple of days, definitely book this apartment it truly is deluxe and spacious.

Spacious flat, great location, large bathrooms

On one of the sofas, a slat kept falling out of the frame, and the other sofa was impossible to sleep on because it creaked loudly and wasn’t level. In the bathrooms, the water pressure is very low when two people are showering at the same time. That’s a bit of a problem for accommodation meant for 8 people.
