Sunny & Peaceful 3BR with Balcony Near National Theater & Cismigiu Park

Excellent sized property. Very nicely refurbished. Very quiet neighbourhood with no disturbances within and outside the building. Location suited us as we used taxis but it is relatively close to public transport.

If you want people to keep the place clean then you need to supply a normal brush and shovel, not the small dustpan and hand brush that was provided. It is not easy for elderly people to use. Although communication with the company was great, why are there no locals on call?

The apartment is central and quiet and we stayed in the area before and like it a lot. The apartment itself was also in a good condition, however we had a few issues that were resolved quickly: electrical kettle replacement (didn't work), lockdoor low battery replacement, an extra duvet provided, but the main issue we had was the sudden disconnection of gas during our 2nd day, due to non-payment. We found out at night, when there was no hot water and my husband investigated the heat boiler and realized the gas meter disappeared and a the disconnection note was left instead. Next day we were offered another apartment, but it was a very noisy one and located in a risky building. Therefore, after one night there we returned to the original apartment, after an electrical boiler was installed - instead of the missing gas - to provide hot water... a real moving back and forth which, was a hassle during our annual holiday vacation with kids.

Having to deal with apartment issues and moving out and back - time consuming. Disconnection of gas due to non-payment is not an issue you expect to deal with during a vacation stay.

Su buena situación, limpieza, las camas cómodas y grandes y que había 2 baños con mobiliario moderno con muy buenas duchas y que estaban limpios.

El acceso de la puerta de la calle. Tuvimos que preguntar a un inquilino el código para poder entrar al edificio, tuvimos suerte que nuestra llegada fue durante el día y apareció un chico muy simpático que nos lo facilitó.

Mogło być fajnie bo apartament miał wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, ale najpierw zaskoczyła nas kaucja do uiszczenia, albo do wyboru bezzwrotna wpłata płatna z góry na ewentualne szkody. Za wszystko trzeba płacić dodatkowe pieniądze. Ale o tym dowiadujesz się później, po rezerwacji. Poprosiliśmy przez aplikację do zarządzania tym apartamentem o wcześniejszy check-in i później o możliwość zostania parę godzin dłużej bo mieliśmy nocny lot. Są do wyboru 3 opcje w zależności od tego ile wcześniej/później chce się przybyć/wymeldować. Za każdą godzinę płaci się więcej. No ok. Wysłaliśmy prośbę jedną jak i drugą, pieniądze pobrane a jak się budzisz to dowiadujesz się, że prośba nie może być zrealizowana. Żadna. To po co taka opcja w aplikacji??? I ten sąsiad z naprzeciwka otwierajqcy swoje drzwi z niezadowoloną miną, że ktoś wysiada z windy. Nie było to sympatyczne.

A jakby tego bylo mało, to któregoś dnia biegał karaluch w sypialni po stoliku nocnym i przez parę godzin nie było prądu o czym nas nie poinformowano, że to grubsza awaria w tej dzielnicy.
