Excellent location, right next to the metro. Apartment was so spacious with all mod cons. Bedrooms were large and very comfortable, plenty of storage space. Very clean The communication with the owners was brilliant and they were always fast with responding to any questions. Very secure with good instructions when checking in.

Responsive owner. Property fully reformed in an old building (which explains the small bugs/cockroaches you find at times in the flat, even following the guidelines of not leaving food around). Fits 6 adults well and it is well equipped with two full bathrooms and everything you need to stay comfortable. Good located for taking the bus to the airport/therme, buses to day trips, and going on foot to the coty center.

Some small bugs here and there at times. Elevator was scary to get in, really old and ot would definitelly not pass the standards in other European countries (eg. in Spain)

The fact that there were many cockroaches mainly in the 1 bathroom and in common areas. Also the apartment was on the 7th floor of a very old building and you had to stop to the 8th floor so not accessible for everyone. Some rules and penalties were ridiculous but we appreciate the fact that they refunded us the deposit due to the cockroaches situation. My opinion is that if the find a way to get rid of the cockroaches the place is very comfortable, well located and finally recommended.

La posizione è centrale, vicina ad una stazione della metro e con un'ottima caffetteria appena usciti dal portone di casa. L'appartamento è molto grande e arredato con gusto. Ottima la presenza di due bagni.

Nel bagno più piccolo c'era probabilmente un'infestazione di blatte che raggiungevano anche la camera da letto adiacente: gli insetti erano visibili praticamente ogni volta che si entrava in bagno e provenivano presumibilmente dallo scarico della doccia. I letti sono sufficientemente comodi ma la biancheria da letto non è il massimo e se si dorme in due in uno stesso letto si finisce per ritrovarsi spesso scoperti. La macchina del caffè menzionata fra le dotazioni della casa era chiusa a chiave in uno sgabuzzino insieme all'aspirapolvere. Ho contattato in merito, via whatsapp, il numero indicato dall'host per i contatti e non ho mai avuto risposta. All'ingresso è esposta una lista di regole tassative da rispettare se non si vuole perdere la cauzione da 400€ che chiedono (l'ho trovata francamente sproporzionata e la richiesta arriva a prenotazione avvenuta): se si vuole essere così fiscali, occorrerebbe fornire un servizio migliore.
