Die Lage war top, 10/10 (man kann es nicht anders sagen). Wir waren zu sechst für 2 Nächte. Die Wohnung ist groß, alles ist wirklich in der Nähe. Ich habe mir die älteren Rezensionen durchgelesen und habe gemerkt, dass der Gastgeber sich verbessert hat. In der Küche war alles Nötige für das Frühstück da. Kaffeepulver gab es auch, aber ich habe mir lieber meinen Morgenkaffee im Café am Eingang geholt.
Es haben etwas Bettlaken zum Zudecken gefehlt (nur 3, auch wenn große, für 6 Personen fand ich persönlich zu wenig). Ein Geschirrtuch und ein paar kleine Handtücher wären auch sinnvoll. Auch ein Abtropfgitter für das sauber gespülte Geschirr hat uns gefehlt. Wir wollten die Waschmaschine nutzen. Waschpulver war da, leider kein Wäscheständer.

Habitaciones muy amplias: las camas, las comodidades, aire acondicionado,... Pleno centro de Bucarest con todo cerca, y restaurantes y supermercados justo debajo.
Podías encontrar algunas esquinas sucias y con humedad por la antigüedad del edificio. Puertas que no llegan del todo al suelo o que están comidas por la humedad y no abren bien. Pone que hay 3 habitaciones pero son 2 + entrada + salón. Había un ventilador en la habitación, pero el enchufe no servía y no había adaptador.

Výborná lokalita, všetko potrebné v pešej dostupnosti, možnosť parkovania v uličke priamo pod apartmánom za poplatok 30lei/deň. Priestranný apartmán ideálny pre 6 osôb.
Veľmi slabé vybavenie kuchyne. Chýbal ostrý nôž, ktorý sme už dokúpili za 10 lei a nechali ho v kuchynke, tak možno už bude k dispozícii ďalším návštevníkom. Takisto chýba otvárak na víno. Podlahy boli špinavé, kúpeľňa bola pravidelne vytopená po použití sprchovacieho kúta.
