Victoriei Two Bedroom Apartment

Appartement spacieux et bon emplacement, central, dans une rue calme et sans le bruit d’un grand boulevard. Air conditionné dans le salon et dans l’une des 2 chambres. Jolie décoration de l’appartement et quelques jeux/jouets prévus pour les enfants.

Système vieillot d’ouverture/fermeture de la porte de la terrasse, rendant très difficile son utilisation. Immeuble vieillot et pas très bien entretenu. Des odeurs de canalisations sont apparues dans la salle de bain après quelques jours, et des fourmis dans la cuisine.

Very central, clean and cost. Wonderful terrace.

n/a maybe the price per dog.. it is hefty price for two 4 kg dogs - 15€ each. Their stay was more expensive than mine lol

The location was really nice. AC was working well while the city was quite hot.

Massive door window to a large balcony was broken so it’s impossible to move/open or close. Mentioned that to property but responsive wasn’t very responsive. Large balcony was charming and it was a decision factor so half the benefit of this property was gone… Also a bit of hygiene issue. Many rxxches. It seems that it is an old building issue so it is not fair to attribute to the property only but… Lastly again it is not directly the property issue but guests at the second apartment next door was very disturbing. 4am seems drunk came back to their room very loudly and continue speaking loud until they left again at 7am… you can hear all details as the wall seems very thin..
