Luxury Belvedere

Property was nice, spacious, good layout. Apt has an abundance of natural light, big windows, nets at all windows, to keep bug out while you enjoy fresh air. Beds are very comfortable, good mattresses. Location is good, next to metro, next to highway A3 entrance, and next to mall Promenada etc etc.For me one of the best things was designated parking spot, in the best location, right in front of the block entrance, and parking is restricted in this lot, by barrier. I felt safe, good area, quiet, block has main entrance door with interfon, and 2 nice Schindler elevators. Apt has big dining table with 6 seats and placemats, big balcony with cloth rack to dry cloths, nice washing machine, very easy to use. Not to mention that there are 2 bathrooms.All these features make this apt very convenient for a longer stay, I had to stay for 2 weeks. While I am not attaching pictures, I would like to say that the pictures posted for this 2 bedrm apt, are very excat and show the apt as it is in reality,

There is nothing I disliked, host was quick to respond and accomodating. I would recommend adding 1, 2 small lamps, in bedrooms mostly, if posible.

Am primit toate indicatiile de la proprietar si a fost usor sa preluam cheile.

Din punctul nostru de vedere, a fost ok. Poate la bucatarie ar mai fi nevoie de ceva dotari.

Good neigbourhood and location, near to metro and kaufland, quiet place. There was a big balcony and a separate bedroom. It was overall ok. Good internet.

Not all lights worked. No table to sit and work comfortably by. Smelly toilet but probably the faulty buidling and its hidraulic systems.
