The apartment itself was very nice, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues with the accommodation itself.

I have some concerns about the check-in process. It was not clear enough in the listing that before arrival you have to either pay a €400 refundable deposit or a €50 non-refundable deposit waiver, and also upload scans of your ID documents. This information is only in the “Important information” section at the very bottom of the listing, which is not transparent enough for such an important requirement. Also, the payment link sent by the host looked very suspicious, and I had to contact Booking.com Security to make sure it was safe before making the payment. Because of this, the whole check-in process was making me feel a little misled. Another thing was the large amount of warning notes around the apartment, including information about a €50 penalty if you don’t take garbage out every day. I understand there are some rules, but the way they are presented makes you feel uncomfortable and like the host want to extra charge you.
