Отличная, большая квартира недалеко от старого города, в квартире чисто, уютно, есть все необходимое для приготовления еды. Удобные кровати в спальнях, два туалета, две ванных комнаты, что очень комфортно даже для 3 человек. Филипп очень отзывчивый хозяин, все время был на связи, дал четкие инструкции по заселению и решал все возникшие вопросы. Мы остались очень довольны.
Слышен шум трамваев где то с 5 утра, что касается балкона - это два технических балкона, где расположены моторы от кондиционеров, на них не выйти и не посидеть. Но это не повлияло на оценку квартиры и хозяина.

Was clean , Comfortable beds , nice size rooms. Also good to have 2 bathrooms ,great parking in court yard Fillip was great host

Мястото е върховно. Супер локация, удобен паркинг за всякакъв размер автомобил или джип. Просторно е, ново, чисто, с всичко нужно. Има и асансьор, което е огромен плюс. Собственикът комуникира навременно и ни помогна много.
Близките трамваи могат да нарушат съня на по-чувствителните към шум хора рано сутрин, но за нас беше наистина ОК и плюсовете на това място многократно си заслужаваха.
