מיקום מושלם במרכז. קרוב לכל מקום. דירה נוחה סה"כ ותמורה מצויינת למחיר. היה קל להגיע ולמצוא את הדירה. תקשורת סבירה עם Andrii שהיה ידידותי ומסביר פנים.
הדירה נמצאת ברחוב עם פסי רכבת קלה (טראם), מאוד רועש גם כשהחלונות סגורים ומזגן פועל. לא מתאים לאנשים שרגישים לרעש. יש בסביבה הרבה בניינים נטושים - לא מראה נעים, אם כי זה נכון לכל מרכז העיר. היית בעיה במזגן שטופלה במהלך השהיה שלנו, כך שמצד אחד אנחנו קצת סבלנו, אבל כל הכבוד על המענה של Andrii.

Konumu çok iyiydi, hem merkeze yakın hem de gece güvenlik açısından hiçbir sorun yaşatmadı. Ev temizdi, çarşaflar havlular yeni yıkanmış kokuyordu. Evde ısınmayla ilgili bir sorun oldu ev sahibi hızlıca sorunu çözdü. Yatak yeni ve konforluydu.
Ev tramvaydan dolayı çift cam da olsa hem ses alıyor hem de titriyor :) sürekli evde durulmuyor diye düşünülüyor ama sabah 6 da ilk seferlerin başladığı düşünülürse sese hassas kişiler için çok konforlu olmayabilir. Neyseki bizim için sorun olmadı.

Vicino al centro prezzo conveniente, non mancava nulla
La casa è in un quartiere abbandonato più della metà erano diroccate Il divano letto molto scomodo sconsiglio per 4 persone Altra pecca il tram sembra che passa dentro casa naturalmente non si può fare nulla, La pulizia superficiale andava bene ma ho trovato mutande dietro la tenda di altre persone e l’interno dei mobili non molto puliti

Merkezde olması bir avantajdı.
Bina çok eski ve gürültülü idi. Apartman giriş kapısı, asansör çok gürültülü idi. Asansör çok eski idi. Biz çalıştıramadık. Yanından geçen toplu taşım araçları, tramvay çok gürültülü idi. Dairenin televizyonu bozuk idi.
