No damage will be done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear, use and tear of the property.
All keys will be handed over and all appliances will be functional and not damaged, as they have been handed at check-in. The loss of keys incurs a penalty of 50 Euro
No linens or towels are lost or damaged.

Very comfortable and beautiful house. Perfect location. Alexandru has been a great host, and has recommended good restaurants and places to visit and to know the customs of the city.
