A modern, comfortable hotel in central Shanghai with clean rooms, lovely staff, excellent breakfast, and good value for money. The delivery robot was a huge hit with our kids! The laundry room was brilliant for a long family trip—we could wash our clothes during breakfast, and staff sometimes helped with drying. Smart bathroom features, wireless charging, and a lovely terrace were welcome extras.
Limited English sometimes made communication difficult. The entrance was also a little hard to find on arrival.

Room was spacious and the bed was super comfy.
The room wasn’t ready at checkin and I had to wait which wasn’t ideal.
