Great location close to Nanjing road, nice room,
Breakfast could offer more choices, internet connection is slow, at peak time I was not able to hear a low speed audio stream.

Extremely impolite person that was claiming that umbrellas available inside rooms are NOT to be used outside the hotel!!!!!!!!

Good location, okay food
I was overcharged to make my laundry (70€ for some underware a couple tshirts and a pijama) and the property claims to have spa, which is not real. Sauna for man sepárate from sauna for woman.
