Everything is good except check in and check out procedure. At check in, staff made mistake. After entering the room, staff called and required us to to go to reception again with our credit card. At check out, staff couldn’t make the transaction go through. After multiple tries, a senior staff helped and found out the original staff made mistake. We were standing at the reception for 20 minutes, without receiving apologies.

Everything was great but the laundry service was outrageously expensive. I literally could have purchased new clothes for that price.
