L'emplacement
Le personnel n’a pas voulu rembourser les petits déjeuners de notre dernière journée alors qu’ils étaient dans l'impossibilité de nous les garantir.
Ouverture du restaurant à 7h du matin alors que nous devions quitter l'hôtel à 6h pour l'aéroport.
Ils auraient dû nous proposer au moins des vienoiseries a emporter s'il souhaitez nous facturer.
J'invite les clients a se renseigner a leur arrivée. Même s'ils arrivent tard rt fatigués comme nous a 1h du matin.

The location is really prime. A 5 minute walk to Nanjing Road with Family Mart and Lawson nearby.
The staff had very limited English skills, even with translation apps and basic Mandarin, it was quite difficult to communicate with them

Ok rooms, very good bed, nice view on 18th floor. Very friendly staff.
Breakfast was very poor. Some lightbuttons didn’t work. Only two slow elevators for so many rooms.
