Smelly, needs repairs

under the mat

Never sent property instructions on check in, made requests to manager about maintenance issues without any action taken. Kitchen light burnt out, shower curtain dirty, sewage smell in apartment. Never fixed anything.

Basic but great value for money. Excellent location

Great location and plenty of beds if that's what you need. Very affordable for the location. Plenty of space. Host is easily contactable.

Balcony is the kitchen, not a balcony for sitting on. Toilet seat was broken and there were a few things not topped up, towels weren't very clean either.

The flat was within walking distance to the beach and to the restaurants

Goeie plek in Vlorë

Prima studio, erg schoon en dat is het belangrijkste. Locatie is goed, dichtbij alles. Bed lag lekker en douche was ook goed warm. Alleen parkeren was even zoeken in de straat, maar verder geen klachten. Goeie prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Tolle Wohnung, super nah am Strand

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit! Die Studio-Wohnung war blitzsauber und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Meer ist buchstäblich nur ein paar Schritte entfernt – perfekt für einen Kaffee am Strand am frühen Morgen. Das WLAN war super stabil, was für uns wichtig war. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Не працював інтернет, господар помешкання повівся негідно

При бронюванні помешкання було важливо мати інтернет. Це було вирішальним при виборі помешкання. Оплата була при заселенні готівкою. Але вайфай у цих апартаментах перестав працювати на 2-й день проживання, і ми з дітьми 10 днів були без інтернету і звʼязку і з обіцянками від господаря помешкання «завтра» все полагодити. Діти похворіли, з дому не виходили, інтернет відсутній, господар помешкання не вирішує ситуацію ніяк. Відпочинок перетворився на рахування байтів за інтернет доступний з дорогого роумінгу. Під кінець проживання господар помешкання розуміючи, що ми не задоволені і він отримає негатив в коментарях, скасував в букінгу наше проживання в своїх апартаментах. Це було дуже неприємно, і страшно. Я з дітьми в чужій країні, скасоване житло в якому нам треба було провести ще одну ніч, чого очікувати далі від такого свавілля невідомо. Вдалось домогтись від букінга форму для відгука, тому пишу і попереджаю, що господар помешкання не надійний, обходьте ці апартаменти стороною.

Muy limpio y tiene lo necesario, el aire acondicionado funciona bien. La ubicacion es buena.

Que no es claro el anuncio pues se presenta como departamento, y no lo es; es como estudio, todas las camas en un solo espacio. El pago es en efectivo aunque hayas reservado en la página.
