Pretty shit I do not recommend

The location given on booking is about 10 min walk from the property I don’t understand why And the instructions given to get there were quite poor When showering water runs out the door and goes in the kitchen because there is no cabin There is live wires hanging out in the shower And the main door handle is broken

The apartment is pet friendly ✨️ I've got a little Frenchie dog with me; it was clean and everything you needed: AC, warm water, fridge, TV, etc. The staff was very polite. Thank you!

Fair stay for a reasonable price, good location

The location of our apartment was good, on the main street just next to the sea. The balcony leads unfortunately to the inner block, so we can see a see only from one room. But overall everything worked, there is also washing machine, which is useful for your longer stay. To get a key we made a call via whatsapp, a man picked up us and took us to the flat.

The condition of the house inside was not really great, also we were a little bit worried about the condition of the elevator. But the flat itself was all right.

I did not like the property. Very rude people and unprofessional. The address that was on booking did not match the property address. Very false advertising.

Excellent apartment that is close to everything with great views of the beach.

The location is great for access to the beach and restaurants/cafes/supermarkets. The kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals. The view from the balcony is excellent. Washing machine works well and washing powder was provided. Bed was pretty comfy with adequate linen and towels. The room felt clean and airy.

The room felt a little cluttered with so many beds in it - great for a family but not really for a couple. I was a little unclear on which room I was booking as the description said there was a sofa. Even though the photos showed multiple beds I thought perhaps we were getting something different. There is no blind on the window only sheer curtains so the morning sunlight us very bright - pack an eye mask! The balcony has an excellent view but the cushions on the chairs are in desperate need of replacing so are quite uncomfortable. You hear a lot of street noise from below, cars and barking dogs. The lift did not work to floor 6 - we had to select floor 5 and walk the last flight of stairs. We stayed for 3 nights and it worked only twice during our entire stay.

Kitchen was old and not well working, but the manager has installed a new cooker and said new kitchen will be ready soon. Actually, that was the only negative point.

Best Location

Located on the boulevard (lungomare) close to many restaurants and bar. Recently apartment everything is new and extremely clean, the linen and mattress is comfy Big, spotless, modern apartment , with a very modern bathroom. Nice beach over the road just 50 meters from the building Literally everything you want from Original Napolitan pizza to high end fish restaurants and Italian cuisine We parked on the street, no worries about safety, a safe neighborhood. Staff friendly and willing to help Free WiFi Definitely recommended.

Really to accommodate 6 people and 2 separate bedrooms with comfortable beds. The place is super. Near the beach, Seaview first line. Near the leisure center. Good restaurants nearby. Each room has its own climate control + centralized management. View from the balcony to the sea. Full kitchen
