The apartment is nice but smells pretty bad

The apartment was clean

The apartment had a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom through the whole apartment. Advertised as beachfront, it’s a 15 minute walk to the beach.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Place , and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the apartment, I was captivated by its charm and comfort.

Very good

Fine apartment on the 8th floor in a residential area along 1 of the main streets. The apartment is spacious. 2 separate bedrooms , a sitting area, 2 separate bathrooms. The center is within walking distance. As is the beach. By the way, parking your car is not a problem. The landlord(s) are very helpful and attentive. We experienced the apartment as a wonderful base and place to rest, in short; a top stay in Vlorë.

OK, but it could be better

I liked the location because it was a 5-minute drive to the beach. Also, the owner was very responsive to any of our requests. Also, the owner directed me to a good market and to get a good olive oil.

There were some problems with the hot water boiler (small electric shocks when I was taking a shower). These problems were solved by the owner in 2-3 days after our arrival. I also recommend equipping it with a microwave. In conclusion, I think it is a good location but there is still room for improvement.

Recommendations

Very friendly host, always available on calls. Very comfortable apartment. Wi-fi, clean sheets, hot water. Apartment close to shops, relatively close to the port. Available free parking in front of and near the building. Town Vlore was a pleasant surprise to visit in June. Long promenade, nice restaurants, wide streets.

I am so grateful and satisfied. the owner is so helpful. really I recommend it for everyone likes stay at apartments and has a plan to visit vlore. the place is so close to the beach and the center also it is close to the Vlore port. it was an amazing experience

Fantastic host, fantastic apartment, fantastic location!

We stayed in Albania for 2 weeks and I wish this was the the last property we visited as the property set a very very very high standard. Everything from the host who was super helpful and available if we had questions. The location is great, very close to the port. If I ever go back to Vlore this will be the first place I will check availability for. Thank you for everything!

Fast check in, fast wifi, very spacious apartment with spacious terrace, easy free parking in front of the building, shop few steps from the apartment. Easy check out, just let keys in the apartment. Quite good location. Value for money.

terrace is big but not nice, some maintenance would be great, 2 bathrooms, but only in one shower works, pictures are better then reality, noisy music from the gym which is in the same building, don't like the building in general - inside looks dark and inhospitable, the place not was pleasant , not cozy. Only one keys, so not comfortable for group of friends.

Beautiful and big place!

Best price quality we have had so far jn Albania! A really big place with everything you need! Also a very nice view over Vlorë from your balcony. Such a nice place to sit and read. The city centre and the beaches are all relatively nearby, although it's a bit of a walk. We extended our stay because we liked it so much :)

It's just something small, but it would have been nice to have a shower curtain so the bathroom does not get wet

In the house there's a fitness center below, that makes loud music in the evening, that you fell like you're in a club.
