Very friendly, accomodating host. Responds quick.
He even sent his guy with a car to meet me.
Location is good, 5 min walk from boulevard, 10 min from Lungomare,
Grocery and restaurants very near.
Washing machine works well.
Lots of space, Had a toaster, which is very nice,
A/C works well, and apartment keeps cool quite long, as it is not west side.
bad mattress, with springs felt by your back
No TV, no microwave, some very old kettle and old fridge.
It was construction nearby, so is noise and dust. Have to pass this 10 m of dust every day.
Sound insulation not good, can hear neighbors screaming at each other daily, sound goes through kitchen exhaust duct.
