Good clean apartment in a great location

The location is great - just a block back from the boardwalk which is super lovely at night, but the place itself is very quiet and serene. The photos don’t include it but our room had a little private patio with egg chair, as well as the shared patio. The drive in is rough but literally for 20 seconds - our Fiat Punto made it just fine. Beds were comfy and AC worked well.

The kitchen is very poorly equipped - random glassware, no bowls, no utensils for cooking, no oil and salt, only steak knives so you can’t chop anything. We asked for cooking utensils and were rudely told they were already in the kitchen. Eventually we got some but we’d already eaten out instead. There’s no point to having a kitchen if there aren’t the basic utensils to use it. You also have to pay in cash which wasn’t stated anywhere when we booked, which meant we had to rush to an ATM before checking out. Check in was also unclear and I had to message through booking.com to get information.

Great hosting, great apartment, perfect location

You won’t regret booking here cause the place is super cute, clean and it has a nice and safe parking spot. The location is perfect to go around Vlora by feet and there’s many restaurants and bars around. Communication with the host was super quick and easy.

Si vous souhaitez vous détendre et profiter de la mer en même temps, cet hébergement est parfait !

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, emplacement idéal à quelques minutes du bord de la mer et bonne nuit de sommeil. Climatisation neuve, jolie petite terrasse pour prendre le petit-déjeuner à la maison. Jardin bien entretenu avec plusieurs arbres fruitiers.

Si vous arrivez à pied avec vos valises, sachez qu'une partie de la route n'est pas goudronnée, mais reste praticable. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour vous aider !

Vlora to świetne miejsce na wakacje – piękne, szerokie plaże i mnóstwo atrakcji

Świetna lokalizacja – bardzo blisko plaży i deptaka, a także niedaleko restauracji. Pokój był bardzo czysty, gustownie urządzony, z dużą łazienką i osobną kuchnią. Na terenie znajduje się zamknięty parking i ładny ogród, co dodatkowo podnosi komfort pobytu. Gospodarz - bardzo miły i pomocny – jeszcze przed przyjazdem był z nami w kontakcie i ułatwił dotarcie na miejsce. Zdecydowanie polecam!

La posizione e’ perfetta, 5 minuti dal lungomare. Appartamento con tutto il necessario. La titolare e’ estremamente gentile, all’arrivo ci ha regalato anche i fichi delle sue piante.. 😅

La struttura si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal lungomare di Valona, ed è comoda per muoversi a piedi in città. Il parcheggio sotto casa è un ulteriore vantaggio. Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento con balcone: lo spazio esterno è davvero piacevole. Anche il bagno è comodo e dispone di bidet. Host veramente gentile e super veloce nelle risposte.

Per quanto riguarda la stanza, invece, secondo me era poco attrezzata: mancavano comodini e altri mobili utili per appoggiare le proprie cose, ma nel complesso un bel soggiorno!

L-appartamento è molto semplice ma con tutti gli strumenti per offrire comfort durante il soggiorno.

La posizione è molto strategica a 5 minuti a piedi dal lungomare di Valona, è una lunga via, molto commerciale e piena di ristoranti, ma questo permette di fare qualcosa di diverso tutte le sere. La spiaggia di valona invece invece si affaccia sul mar adriatico quindi lunghe spiagge di sabbia e fondale basso. Per vedere spiagge con acqua cristallina occorre spostarsi in macchina. Per arrivare alla struttura i proprietari inviano la posizione ed è facile trovarla ma la strada è un po' dissestata. Molto comodo il parcheggio all'interno della villa. L'appartamento in sè è perfetto per due. Angolo cottura è essenziale, ma ben funzionante che ci ha permesso di cucinare tutti i giorni il pranzo da portare in spiaggia. Un paio di volte abbiamo anche pranzato nella veranda del cortile. Vengono fornite due salviette grandi e una piccola che abbiamo utilizzato come tappeto per il bagno, questo perchè la doccia, come spesso accade in albania, non è dotata di box o di una tenda ma è comunque molto bella e non si allaga il bagno. Abbiamo avuto le salviette pulite per due volte in 8 giorni. Su richiesta, ci hanno fatto una lavatrice anche con i nostri teli mare. Infatti la proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, parla poco in italiano ma non ci sono problemi a comunicare. Inoltre abbiamo avuto la necessità di stampare le nostre carte d'imbarco per il ritorno ed è stata molto gentile a risolvere questo nostro problema. Noi siamo stati benissimo!

La porta del nostro appartamento era poco solida e si chiudeva con un solo giro di chiave. Consiglio di aggiungere uno spazio per appendere i panni da asciugare e un gancio per le salviette in bagno.

Ideal für den kurzen Aufenthalt auf der Durchreise bei diesem Preisverhältnis.

Die Location war abgelegen und versteckt, dennoch sehr zentral! Strand und Stadt in wenigen Minuten fußläufig schnell erreichbar. ein kleiner Supermarkt, direkt um die Ecke. Sehr sauber und super freundlicher Kontakt mit schnelle Antworten und Rückmeldungen.

In der Küche fehlten uns ein paar Kleinigkeiten, also meckern im hohen Niveau, zum Beispiel trockener Oich Spülmittel etc. Das schlimmste jedoch war keine Kaffeemaschine.

Très bien !

Très bien placé tout en étant au calme. L’enceinte de la villa est très sympa et l’emplacement de parking très appréciable. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et serviables. La chambre et la salle de bains sont jolies, propres et confortables.

Seul bémol est la cuisine dans cette chambre, qui n’est pas très utilisable tant par le manque d’équipement (même si la propriétaire est réactive pour fournir les éléments demandés) que par son emplacement. Il vaut mieux ne pas trop compter dessus en cas de séjour prolongé.

Lokalizacja obiektu,bardzo blisko promenady i plaży Vlora , duży przestronny parking bardzo życzliwi i pomocni właściciele .Gospodyni pozwoliła nam zostawić auto po wymeldowaniu na cały dzień.Pokoje duże nowocześnie urządzone,bardzo dobrze działająca klimatyzacja..

Appartamento curato ma con alcune mancanze pratiche

L’appartamento è molto carino e ben tenuto, in una zona tranquilla, anche se un po’ difficile da trovare per la mancanza di indicazioni e la strada secondaria non in ottime condizioni. La posizione è comunque buona per esplorare i dintorni. Nel complesso piacevole, ma ci sono margini di miglioramento.

Non era prevista la colazione e il check-out era piuttosto presto. La cucina è funzionale, ma mancano diversi elementi essenziali come le posate. In bagno sarebbe utile avere un attaccapanni per gli asciugamani. L’acqua calda ha funzionato solo per una doccia veloce: dopo poco è diventata tiepida.

Super séjour à la Vila Magis

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les hôtes qui ont été d’une grande gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour. Le logement est conforme aux photos. La cuisine est petite, mais suffisante. La salle de bain est spacieuse et très lumineuse. Quand au lit, il est très grand et confortable, un réel plaisir pour dormir. La plage se trouve à seulement quelques minutes de marche à pieds. Enfin, il y a une terrasse et un parking privé, ce qui nous a permis de laisser notre voiture de location en toute sérénité et de profiter pleinement de notre séjour.

Boa estadia para conhecer Vlorë

A localização era perfeita para passear na zona à beira mar. O centro histórico também fica a menos de 10min de carro (40 a pé), o que foi perfeito para nós. O anfitrião foi simpático e prestável.

Para uma estadia de 1/2 noites é perfeito. Para mais, apesar de não ser essencial, talvez fosse mais material de cozinha

Camera appena ristrutturata e molto accogliente, la camera offre anche il servizio cucina con lavello, piano cottura a induzione e mini frigo. La proprietaria al nostro arrivo oltre ad averci fatto trovare la camera super pulita, ci ha dato anche due fette di torta. Troppo carina! Camera super consigliata!!

Como en casa, apartamento amplio, limpio, con espacio para dejar el coche. Atención estupenda. Se puede ir caminando al paseo marítimo de Vlorë, muy cómodo.

Los mosquitos! Dado que está rodeado de árboles había muchos mosquitos en la habitación, recomiendo poner un insecticida.

Enfin des volets et des rideaux opaques! Chambre très bien. Un peu isolé ce qui rend le tout calme même si la rue semble un peu à l'abandon.

Des détails, mais s'ils veulent être parfait : Aucun crochet pour accrocher les serviettes ou le linge. Installer une vitre entre la toilette et la douche. Des cheveux qui n'étaient pas les miens étaient au sol dans la chambre de bain.
