The location can’t be beaten.
A sea view and one minute to coffee shops,restaurants and mini markets.
Everything safe and people so friendly.
Nothing at all to dislike.

Good location.
Friendly, business oriented manager.
Comfortable bed in bedroom.
Spacious salon with kitchen.
Fast working wifi.
Close to all services that you may need - there is even lady downstairs that may fix the clothes and cut the material.
There is also Russian lady that sells fried/ grilled fish (but takeway only).
Parking is easy.
Overall cozy old school place.
Big hydraulic problems in the bathroom.
Shower without curtain
Problematic administrator of the building (not connected at all to hydraulic problems, separate issues).
Not so much daylight (but in the summer that can be advantage) in the house.
Kitchen did not have that much utensils, like pots etc.
balcony is small and the privacy is so-so.
