Great Location

Great location in Vlore. 2 minute walk to beach, 1 minute walk to Boulevard with resturaunts and stores. Secured parking behind gate. Apartment was clean and comfortable with balcony. Wifi worked very well. Only downside was the lack of kitchen essentials.

Posizione strategica

Questa è una struttura nuova di zecca che si trova davvero in una posizione strategica di Valona. E' posizionata in una via dietro il lungomare quindi rimane tranquilla ma appena dietro l'angolo si trova il lungomare con tutta la movida del paese, tra ristoranti, bancarelle di artigianato e locali vari. La struttura è dotata di parcheggio auto il che è fondamentale se non volete impazzire a cercare parcheggio. La host July è stata molto premurosa e gentile accogliendo ed esaudendo le nostre richieste, ci ha anche consigliato un ottimo ristorante locale a due passi dalla struttura dove gustare la cucina tradizionale e dai costi contenuti(Restorant Tradicional VANI) lo consiglio davvero. Intorno alla struttura ci sono minimarket, cambivaluta, e per chi fosse intenzionato come noi a fare una escursione in barca intorno alla penisola di Karaburun, a 100 metri dalla struttura si trova (Vlora Boat Trip 3 Fiori) una delle agenzie che effettua tali escursioni. Per chi cerca un soggiorno a portata di camminata questa struttura è perfetta e se si vuole prendere l'auto per raggiungere altre attrazione in zona c'è la penisola di Narta con la sua isoletta e l'annesso mostastero di Zvërnec, raggiungibili in 25min di auto o le rovine del castello di Kanina raggiungibile in 15min da dove ammirare il tramonto dall'alto.

Tutto perfetto tranne qualche dettaglio da sistemare all'interno dell'appartamento, che essendo appena finito manca forse qualche dettaglio di rifinitura; inoltre non ho capito se è usanza locale o solo in questa struttura ma il cancelletto esterno per accedere viene lasciato sempre aperto senza possibilità di poterlo chiudere, e anche la porta che dall'esterno serve ad accedere al corridoio dove si trovano le porte dei vari appartamenti viene sempre lasciata aperta e per finire la porta dell'appartamento è una semplice porta da interno con una semplice chiave da interno facilmente apribile con una simile, e per me che avevo dietro pc e attrezzatura fotografica diciamo che non è l'ideale; ci tengo a dire che per fortuna non abbiamo avuto nessun problema e che la zona è molto tranquilla in questo senso.

Затишні чисті апартаменти з усіма зручностями. Близкість до гарних пляжів . Поруч багато ресторанів , кафе, магазинів. Чудові, душевні господарі , дуже допомогли у вирішенні проблем з багажем.
