Alloggio veramente accogliente, pulizia ottima, letti comodi con aria condizionata in camera, molto areata, il terrazzo con vista tramonto suggestiva, la posizione ottima per raggiungere spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata, il lungomare vicinissimo con locali e tutti i servizi , l'host super gentile e disponibile Consigliatissimo

Consiglierei solo qualche attrezzatura in più in cucina , e la tenda nella doccia, per il resto tutto eccellente

*** Vorsicht - hier stimmt einiges nicht!! ***

Die Wohnung war groß und da ich viel Gepäck bei mir hatte (Roadtrip) dafür ideal. Der private und abgesicherte Parkplatz auf dem Hof vor dem Gebäude war passend. Vermieter war anfangs sehr nett und stellte sogar sein Smartphone als Hotspot zur Verfügung, weil das Internetsignal seines Routers aus dem Nebengebäude so schwach war, dass es von den 22(!) Signalen der Nachbarschaft völlig überlagert wurde. Der Esstisch war sehr groß mit vielen Stühlen. Der Vermieter bemühte sich sehr, das Wasser am nächsten Morgen wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen, da es am Abend ab 22:30 Uhr ausfiel... Das Internet stand zur gleichen Zeit auch nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Ein KO-Kriterium für mich! Vermieter berechnete dennoch eine Nacht und gab mir mein Geld zurück.

Die 'Ganze Villa' entpuppte sich als eine Wohnung im 1. Stock ('eigene Wohnung im Gebäude'). Die Wohnung hat auch keine 3 Schlafzimmer. Mir stand nur ein Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung, alle anderen Räume waren verschlossen, obwohl ich mein umfangreiches Gepäck gerne dort untergestellt hätte. Bei der Buchung wurde diese Separierung auch nicht angezeigt, denn ich buchte die gesamte 'Villa' mit 137 m²(?). Es gab einen Balkon, aber Terrasse? Vielleicht war die Terrasse vor dem Erdgeschoss damit gemeint... Der Stadtblick entpuppte sich als Blick vor ein 10-stöckiges Haus, das direkt vor dem Balkon und Innenhof stand. Die Fenster zur Wohnung hatten keinen Blickschutz. Alle Bewohner des Hochhauses konnten in die Wohnung schauen. Backofen gab es keinen. Abends ab 22:30 Uhr war die Flat vom Hotspot aufgebraucht und es gab auch plötzlich kein Wasser mehr. Der Vermieter beschuldigte mich, ich hätte in der kurzen Zeit 20 GB verbraucht, was technisch gar nicht möglich war in der kurzen Zeit. Der Gartenblick entpuppte sich als Hinterhof-Baustelle. Meerblick gab es natürlich auch nicht. Privater Strand? Wo soll der mitten in der Stadt sein? Klimaanlage gab es nur im Schlafzimmer. Das große Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und offener Küche blieb unbeheizt und unangenehm kalt - also auch keine Heizung. Und die einzige, albanische Bewertung mit 'Ausgezeichnet' kann ich im Nachgang nur als Fake ansehen. Ärgerlich war eigentlich nur der gesamte Aufwand vom Ausladen und erneuten Beladen des Fahrzeugs (seit 14 Monaten auf Roadtrip) am nächsten Morgen. Vermieter gab mir mein Geld zurück - natürlich abzüglich der ersten Nacht - und meinte nur: "Sorry!" So sehe ich das auch: Sorry!
