The host at Green Villa was lovely and welcoming, always happy to see us, and even recognised us to stop and say hello and ask about our stay whilst out in the town one evening. The grounds are lovely, apartments have everything you need, and location is great everything is close by. The hosts recommended somewhere to eat on arrival, so we went and weren't disappointed, i have listed the places we ate at during our stay and would recommend them all :

We had a very good stay in a very clean apartment. The owners even offer a little space in the garden and private parking (or on the street). The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. We truly felt at home during our stay — the owners are very attentive to every detail. They live in a nearby house, but are never invasive; they are there whenever you need them. We highly recommend this place!

Location is amazing, 5 min walk by the sea and all the restaurants and bars. Also they have a garden where you can park that is great because parking along the street in Vlorë is not the best.
The owners are an old couple super nice and friendly.
You have a parking in the garden but it is shared together with the owner and the other apartment in the building and 2 cars need to be parked in column so the first one is basically blocked inside the garden and you have to knock the doors and arrange with the others for moving the car and who parks where. The bed is not super comfortable, and the apartment on the floor level is big, very high but not well ventilated, you have just the big entrance door for ventilation.

The Location is really nice, also the bedroom.
The bathroom was orribile, it needs a shower box, plus add sockets.
