Gem of Vlorë

The host at Green Villa was lovely and welcoming, always happy to see us, and even recognised us to stop and say hello and ask about our stay whilst out in the town one evening. The grounds are lovely, apartments have everything you need, and location is great everything is close by. The hosts recommended somewhere to eat on arrival, so we went and weren't disappointed, i have listed the places we ate at during our stay and would recommend them all : -Pizzeria Primo Vlorë -Restorant Tradicional Varka (fish) -Novus Traditional-Food-Restaurant Gaia -Restorant Tradicional SIAR Also make sure you go to the old town it is beautiful 🥰

Great experience!

We had a very good stay in a very clean apartment. The owners even offer a little space in the garden and private parking (or on the street). The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. We truly felt at home during our stay — the owners are very attentive to every detail. They live in a nearby house, but are never invasive; they are there whenever you need them. We highly recommend this place!

Good and value for the money but you need to hope to have good neighbours

Location is amazing, 5 min walk by the sea and all the restaurants and bars. Also they have a garden where you can park that is great because parking along the street in Vlorë is not the best. The owners are an old couple super nice and friendly.

You have a parking in the garden but it is shared together with the owner and the other apartment in the building and 2 cars need to be parked in column so the first one is basically blocked inside the garden and you have to knock the doors and arrange with the others for moving the car and who parks where. The bed is not super comfortable, and the apartment on the floor level is big, very high but not well ventilated, you have just the big entrance door for ventilation.

A perfect stay that felt like home—clean, stylish, and in the best location!

The hosts were super nice and very helpful with everything. The house was extremely clean and spacious. The interior design was amazing, and it truly felt like home. It had everything you could possibly need—and more! The location was great, very close to Lungo Mare. Without exaggeration, this was the best accommodation and house I’ve ever stayed in. If I visit Vlora again, I will definitely choose this house again!

Love this place!

The place itself was beautiful and very clean. It was beyond our expectations. The couple who received us was so so sweet and the location perfect. Just steps from downtown and the beach

The name of the villa is not indicated on the out of the property and Google map ook us to 2 houses before that one. So, a little hard to find, but the owner was waiting for us outside

Close to shops, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Very close to promenade at the beach. Great value

Good for a short stay, not necessarily a long stay. The kitchen only had a hotplate and kettle, so a long stay would be challenging for me because I like to cook if I'm in a place for a while.

Perfect apartment for a family, near to lungomare and to the port

Our apartment was in the third floor of a villa with a beautiful small garden. The apartment was spacious. One of the room, the one with 3 single beds had AC, the other one had not but the AC of the leaving room created a comfortable clima even in this room. The kitchen was very good quite fully eqquipped lacking some small details which didnt create much trouble. Public parking a bit difficult but there is also a private parking nearby. We chose this apartment because was close to the city center and to the port of you would like to take the ship cruise.

Great hosts, clean and comfortable place. Also located in a quiet street and not far from main road to bakeries, cafes, shops, banks etc. We were very well looked after. Thank you so much to the host and would definitely come back to this place next time we visit! We wished we could stay longer.

Calm Paradise in the center

Great flat. You get what you see: a little green paradise in the middle of the city! Super central. Everything reachable within 5 minutes. Beach, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Even if it's located that close to the big city life you barely hear any noises. The elderly cupple is super welcoming and lovely. Kitchen and bathroom are great equipped. Highly recommended:)

Quite spacious apartment! Parking is on own teritory. Hosts had a few good tips.

After showering the bathroom was really wet. There was no curtain or glass to hold the water.

Nice host but unwanted animals in the room.

The host were super friendly and always available. The location was not exactly where it is shown on google maps but this is definitely not the fault of the owner rather than of google maps.

The room was perfectly cleaned up when we arrived but it was full of Moskitos during the night. We tried to kill everyone but as soon as we laid down in bed a couple of new ones appeared. Furthermore there was a mouse running through our room in the second night so we had to change the apartment. Sadly most of the time we only had cool water in the shower and there was a fetid smell in the room/shower during our stay. This probably derives from the fact that the room doesn’t have a window.

Superb

Big comfortable apartment right downtown close to the tour boats. couch, big TV, full kitchen, king bed and quiet. Lift access and even a washing machine. The host went out of her way to be helpful about everything I asked for.

Parking on site. 20 minute walk to beach. Nearby grocery store. Washing machine in the apartment. Big fridge, good sized place for two people, clean. When we needed anything, hosts were around to provide

Lots of work being done at place. Outdoor patio was not private and not comfortable to use because a lot of people coming and going. Dog barking in morning and neighbors roosters were loud often.

A very nice place with caring people! Loved it.

I loved it! The older couple who managed it were so kind and caring. They didn’t speak english but the communication flowed surprisingly well with smiles and gestures. Also, the couple’s daughter, who spoke english, was easy to reach via whatsapp at all times. The room was clean and nice. The location was great!

Fantastic home stay type place. Big flat on with a garden you can use. The shower arrangement a little unconventional but works. Nice big bedroom and comfortable bed. Really nice owners and right in the centre of Vlore
