Era bem confortável, limpo, e tudo funcionava muito bem, os funcionários tbm sempre muito atenciosos.
Tinham muitos difusores de cheiros, uns 6 num espaço bem pequeno, retiramos alguns porque somos alérgicos, de repente não colocar tantos.

La camera era pulita, un po' piccola ma giusta per una coppia, i servizi essenziali ci sono, la posizione è ottima poiché è accanto al centro della città.
Il condizionatore non funzionava e l'host ci ha fornito un ventilatore mezzo rotto di vecchia data che non poteva alzarsi senza che le ventole si scontrassero col gabbiotto facendo casino. Non ci sono state offerte soluzioni alternative, anzi, abbiamo dovuto lasciare la camera un'ora prima la mattina dopo affrettati dall'host che aveva fatto venire il tecnico per aggiustare il condizionatore per i prossimi ospiti. Si sono scusati ma non hanno fatto nulla per il disagio creato, inoltre parlano poco e niente inglese e italiano.
