Супер чистая, супер новая и комфортная квартира для проживания. Есть все кухонные принадлежности, бытовая химия (может, конечно, осталось от прошлых гостей, но всё же есть) Сначала может показаться, что дом в не очень хорошем районе, но нет, это замечательно, что он немного в глубине, зато тут тихо, вид на горы, и 3 минуты от главных улиц. Собственники были всегда любезны, на связи, все объяснили, рассказали, сами принесли сразу одеяла (хотя во всех предыдущих наших местах приходилось просить одеяла)

Soggiorno dal 9 al 16 settembre 2025, abbiamo pagato una doppia 210€ per 7 notti, quindi direi ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, dato che era fornita anche di piano cottura, padelle e utensili per la cucina, lavatrice e scalda bagno funzionante, acqua calda praticamente in 20-30 secondi. Posizione abbastanza centrale con market e bar vicinissimi e via principale dove passano i mezzi di trasporto a 500 metri circa.

La posizione era ottima benché la strada per arrivare era piena di buchi ma scoprirete presto che in Albania le strade sono tutte così tranne quelle centrali. Unica nota veramente stonata alla comodità e alla funzionalità dei servizi (come il bagno e l’aria condizionata), il letto davvero scomodo e duro, unico aspetto che mi sento di menzionare affinché l’host possa migliorarlo.

Отдыхали семьей. Квартира прекрасная, чистая и уютная. Удобное расположение. Близко как к центру, так и к пляжам. Рядом много магазинов и кафе. Хозяин был очень дружелюбен и дал много хороших советов. Предложил прокат авто и велосипедов. Всем рекомендую.

Not as expected

The host was very nice and flexible. I was able to check in after arrival (although I changed the arrival time a couple of times) and also extend the stay. The balcony was huge, which was great. I found the room all in all very nice.

It was very loud, I could hear everything from the neighbours talking to their water boiler. The location was a bit creepy at first - when I met the host at the location which is shown by booking and then we drove together to the apartment, which was like in the second row of buildings. I found it a bit isolated, to be honest, there was not even light on the was and no immediate other buildings. There was unfortunately no furniture on the balcony, I thought there would be, according to the photos.

Consiglio!!

Mani il proprietario è una bellissima persona, molto disponibile e parla l'italiano. Ci ha aiutato a trovare i passaggi Tirana/Valona sia per l'andata che per il ritorno, non avendo l'auto. Appartamento bello, con balconcino, aria condizionata e un frighetto, inoltre il condominio ha l'ascensore. Sono 10 minuti a piedi dalla città e altri 15 per arrivare al lungomare. Consiglio per il prezzo, Mani è super onesto! Noleggia inoltre biciclette e auto.

Unica pecca, il bagno si allaga facilmente avendo una tendina, ma niente di grave :)

Good value for money with nice owner in Vlorë

The owner is very kind and resolved our questions on a timely manner. The bed is comfortable. It was great to see that the shower had a curtain so we did not have to sweep the floor like everywhere else in Albania.

The location in general is ok, but coming back at night had the issue that it is very dark. The street that surrounds the stadium close by does not have lights.

Very nice apartment for couples.

It was a nice cozy apartment with a private bathroom and well supplied kitchen as well as a big balcony. The host was friendly and even offered to help us with advice about what to do during our stay.

The neighbourhood was a bit unclean and scary at night.

Big apartment near Vlorë promenade

Big apartment, all very clean, beds were ok, easy parking directly by the building, close to Vlorë promenade, supermarket and restaurants. Communication with host was always easy and answered quick.

Location is not as shown in booking. Streets directly around the apartment are extreme dirty and very dark at night, almost no street lights. It’s not dangerous at all, but just not nice to walk back home in those streets with small children. Kitchen is too basic (no toaster, no coffee machine). Host offered to bring its own when we asked for it though.
