Cosy place up the hill

Panorama is great and cosy place, little away from busy center of Vlore - up the hill, but nearby cliff beach. Great view from terrace, clean rooms and very kind owners. Its ideal for people looking quiet spot in Vlore. There is only one drawback, but its not the problem if you have a car. You need to ride up the hill with very steep Road. But you can always walk if you like walking :). Great place!

This was one of the best vacations we've ever had. The apartment is located in a truly unique spot — from the balcony we enjoyed breathtaking views of both the turquoise sea and majestic mountains. Every morning felt like a gift. Special thanks to the lovely lady who hosted us — her warmth, kindness, and care made our stay even more special. Thanks to her, we didn’t have to worry about breakfast: each morning we were treated to fresh, aromatic traditional Albanian pastries made with love. A true taste of Albania! The service and hospitality were exceptional. Everything was arranged with attention to detail and genuine care for the guests. We’re also very grateful for the organized transfer from Tirana to Vlorë — it made our journey smooth and stress-free from the start. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, natural beauty, and authentic Albanian hospitality. We’ll definitely be back! 💙

Panorama 😎😎

I stayed here one week and really enjoyed it. It is located up quite a steep hill which is why I would recommend hiring a car which you can also do by contacting this apartment. It's not 100% necessary but definitely handy. We done the walk a few times up and down and it takes a lot of energy in the heat. Carrying your shopping from the supermarket back up that hill was more comfortable in the car 🙂. The apartment itself was very clean and the hosts were nice and friendly. They were always keeping everything clean and tidy(and smelling nice) And finally the view.. amazing. Sat on the balcony almost every evening watching the sun go down. Was great!

Nice apartment, nice family;)

The view from the big balcony, the very hospitable owners and children who helps with everything like taxi to the center, taxi to the beach. She has a lot of good ideas. The place is very nice, you can see the sea and Vlorë. Airconditioning is good. Bathroom is very nice. You can see everything is quite new. It's a little from the road but that didn't bother me because they picked me up. I"ve travelled a lot in Albania and this is one is defenitly one of the best.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests we had. It truly made us feel like valued guest throughout our entire stay. The view was an absolute showstopper. The apartment was perched up the hill, providing an open panorama of the stunning sea view. In the evenings, the sight of the setting sun over the glistening waters was simply mesmerizing. It felt like a slice of paradise, a perfect escape. Overall, we had an incredible time at this hilltop hideaway. The combination of exceptional customer service and the stunning panoramic sea view made it a memorable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with unparalleled views and don't mind a short drive to the beach, I highly recommend this hidden gem. It's a 10/10 experience!

I should mention that the location, while offering unparalleled views, was a bit far from the beach. It required the use of a car or a taxi to get down to the coastline.

Great views and great hosts

Spectacular sea view from the terrace, the apartment was new, no noise from the loud Vlöre and although they didn't speak English, the hosts were really friendly!!

The last 5 mins of the path to get there can be a bit tough if too many cars come on the opposite direction. If you don't mind this path thing you should definitely go there!

Exceptional

This place had no reviews but we needed a last-minute place to stay in. The road that leads to the apartment is not on Google maps so they'll meet you at the bottom of the hill and drive up with you - it was COMPLETELY worth it. The views were absolutely stunning day and night. It was loud at night, but the apartment was built properly and you could barely hear anything that was going on outside. Brand new, really clean, comfortable, and modern. The owners did not speak any English but smiles and hand language go a long way. The person we were in touch with via WhatsApp did speak English and gave us all of the necessary information. If you're looking for a place to get away from the crowds, and have your own massive terrace with stunning views for a good price, book this place.

Ampia terrazza con panorama bellissimo. La proprietaria è una persona gentile e disponibile: la lingua non è affatto un problema. Ci ha perfino omaggiato una colazione tipica! La struttura è curata, pulita e gestita con attenzione. Bagno moderno e funzionale. Consigliatissimo.

Un po' scomoda la strada per arrivare ma se vuoi il panorama devi salire in collina! Aggiungerei qualche pentolino.

Signora Katerina UNICA!

La struttura è tenuta molto bene, tutto moderno, parcheggio privato, camere ristrutturate. La proprietaria è stata da subito molto carina, Katerina, molto dolce, affettuosa, ogni mattina ci portava la colazione con cibo tipico albanese. Siamo stati davvero bene, c’erano tutti gli utensili per cucinare. Stanze pulite, tutto ok. Quando torneremo in albania verremmo sicuramente qui.

Tutto bello, tranne la strada per arrivarci, sterrata, ma niente che non sia fattibile.

La vista al mar fue excepcional. La dueña fue muy especial, cariñosa, nos dió hojaldras todas las mañanas. Nuestro hijo se vomito y no le importó lavar sus sábanas.

No se podia comunicar en inglés. El camino hasta el hospedaje no tiene una buena carretera.

حجزنا كعائلة مؤلفة من 7 أخاص غرفتين : جناح عائلي و استديو أرسل لنا المضيف مقطع فيديو يوضح طريقة الوصول الى العقار بشكل دقيق و الاطلالة كانت خرافية و مدهشة . مستوى النظافة عالي جداً و السيدة المسؤولة عن العناية بالمكان كانت لطيفة و متعاونة , لقد قدمت لنا الضيافة يومياً و استجابت لكل متطلباتنا و أسئلتنا رغم حاجز اللغة , أود أن أشكرها بشكل خاص يوجد ايضا مكان واسع لركن السيارة و تكييف و كل ما تحتاجه

الوصول الى العقار ليس سهلاً , المسافرون الذين لا يملكون سارة يستحيل وصولهم عليكم أن تعلموا ذلك ! جزء غير قليل من الطريق غير معبد و ضيق و لكن المنطقة ريفية و الاطلالة تستحق

Prachtig uitzicht, fijne kamer en een geweldige host

De fijne zorgen van de host en het mooie uitzicht. Iedere dag een lekkere snack voor naar het strand was geweldig en elke dag werden we warm onthaald en uitgezwaaid. Badkamer was ook erg prettig en schoon. Bedden waren top met prettige kussens. Daarnaast was de wasmachine een fijne bijkomstigheid.

Keuken inventaris is wat karig (geen kommetjes, snijplank, afwasborstel, kruiden). Daarnaast was het betalen op locatie een beetje spannend (ipv online), maar achteraf totaal geen probleem. Ook zou ik persoonlijk de oranje campingtafel inwisselen voor wat eleganters en de weg er naar toe iets beter beschrijven omdat Google maps je niet kan helpen en de route een beetje spannend is qua ondergrond.

Bellissima vista sul mare di Valona

La proprietaria Caterina pur non parlando nè italiano nè inglese si fa capire con la sua gentilezza. Una mattina ci ha anche offerto un assaggio dei suoi prodotti bio. La struttura è nuova e dotata di tutto, lavatrice e moka comprese. Vista eccezionale sul mare di Valona. Parcheggio privato disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile.

Se si vuole vivere il centro di Valona bisogna spostarsi con l' auto.

Il panorama fantastico ammirare il tramonto sul mare spettacolare la pace relax per staccare da tutto. Katerina la proprietaria FANTASTICA nonostante la barriera linguistica ci siamo capite la sua gentilezza e le sue petule con formaggio di sua produzione buonissimo.

Accomodatie met prachtig uitzicht.

Prachtig uitzicht, hier wil je wel een flesje wijn in de avond drinken. Kamer erg modern, goede bedden en wat fijn was dat er een wasmachine aanwezig was.

Voor een panoramisch uitzicht moet je natuurlijk hoog op een berg zitten. Maar helaas was er geen trap of voetgangers route naar beneden waardoor je altijd de auto moet pakken. De weg was, net als met zoveel wegen in Albanië niet volledig geasfalteerd.

Logement avec une belle vue sur la mer mais avec un accès difficile

Logement situé en hauteur avec une belle vue sur la mer à 360°. Joli coucher de soleil. Terrasse commune pour 3 logements mais séparée par des paravents donc un peu d'intimité quand même. Logement bien retapé avec une mini kitchenette mais assez pour se faire un plat de pates !

Pas de parking intérieur, il faut se garer contre le mur dans la rue étroite. Route pour accéder au logement très étroite et très mal entretenue (beaucoup de trous). Beaucoup d'immeubles en construction en contrebas et cela gâche un peu la vue. Ca ira mieux dans quelques années ! Adresse introuvable dans le GPS, pensez à demander la vidéo avant d'arriver.

Vacker utsikt över bukten högt upp på bergssidan som nås via eländig väg men med gladlynt värdinna.

Fräsch lägenhet och superfin utsikt över havet från den stora terassen. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam värdinna som trots språkbarriärer gjorde allt hon kunde för att vara oss behjälplig. De har bemödat sig att göra fint med många blommor i krukor. Pentryt funkar för mycket enkel matlagning.

Ligger i långt upp på bergssidan, eländig väg upp, mot den del av staden där det fortfarande pågår byggarbeten vilket störde friden. Tyvärr eldade grannen när vi kom hem från stranden för att njuta av utsikten. Plastblommorna mellan lägenheterna luktar väldigt mycket plast när de blir varma. Det störde mig med kanske inte alla.

Adresse introuvable sur les gps et la gérante n'envoie le guide pour trouver que quelques heures avant l'arrivée donc si vous n'avez pas internet bon courage. En envoyant une journée avant ce serait plus logique... Personnel qui demande le "cash" alors qu'on a même pas eu le temps de poser les valises. Endroit bruyant le soir, à éviter si vous voyagez avec des jeunes enfants, musique de fêtard jusque minuit, voisins bruyants jusque tard, chiens qui aboient en plein milieu de la nuit, bref de très loin notre pire nuit en Albanie
