Amazing apartment in a great and safe location near Split centre!

Amazing apartment in a beautiful location near the centre of Split! The host was extremely kind to deal with and she helped with anything we needed. The place is newly furnished, everything is clean and brand new! Will definitely stay here again when I visit Split 🙏🏼

Perfect flat for a few nights or even a week! Exceeded my expectations!

I liked the way the flag was decorated and designed, shower was lovely, spacious and clean, kitchen had many things such as mugs, a kettle etc

The stairs that lead to the property and so many gates that makes it difficult to get in and out if needed.

The location is great. We got great service from Viktoria whenever we had questions. The place is brand new and very nice. We didn't think about washer and dryer when we did the booking, but it were a nice addition and we found use for it. The AC were fantastic, both during night and during the day.

The neighbors sometimes water their plants and wash their balconies causing it to rain/drip down on the terass. However this were mentioned to Viktoria and she said she will bring it up with the neighbors to see if it can be limited. Not in the property's control of course.

A stylish and comfortable apartment that made our stay in Split unforgettable we would absolutely come back!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful modern, clean, and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the beach and the city center. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. Everything looked just like in the photos!

zweckmäßiges Zimmer anlässlich einer Hochzeit gebraucht

Wir haben ein Zimmer in dieser Lage gebraucht, da wir zu einer Hochzeit in der Nähe eingeladen waren. Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer war modern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber über booking war schnell. Die Umgebung des Zimmers mit dem kleinen Hof, der Ruhe und einem tollen Cafe nebenan hat uns gut gefallen.

Es war schwierig, das Zimmer zu finden. Die Anweisungen sind sehr unklar und man muss mehrere Videos ansehen. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrere Leute gesehen, die ihre Zimmer gesucht haben. Der angegebene Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden, man muss auf der Straße parken, wo es bei unserem Aufenthalt keine Plätze in der Nähe gab. Das Zimmer bräuchte eine Bedienungsanleitung. Es gibt 2 Thermostate (Funktionen nicht herausgefunden) zusätzlich zur Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage, einen Lichtschalter für Warmwasser (glauben wir?) und der Safe hat nicht funktioniert wie ein üblicher Hotelsafe. Im Schrank hat es ca. 60 Grad, weil darin der Kühlschrank (es ist eine kleine Minibar) läuft. Insgesamt gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten, nasses Gewand oder Handtücher aufzuhängen. Im Bad gibt es 1 Haken. Auch im restlichen Zimmer kann man nirgends Sachen aufhängen. Nicht einmal der Schrank hat einen Türknauf, die beiden Sessel sind aus Stoff und die Schranktüren und Duschwand sind so weit oben, dass man auch nichts darüber werfen kann. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, auch wenn wir einige dunkle Haare im Zimmer gefunden haben und die Zierkissen (welche wir ohnehin nie benutzen) lieber zur Seite gelegt haben.

Pas besoin de voiture car situé à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville, la chambre et la salle de douche sont de très bonne qualité. Idéal si vous n’avez pas besoin de repas sur place. À noter également la présence d’un petit réfrigérateur pour les boissons.

Buen apartamento

Apartamento totalmente equipado, cómodo y muy nuevo. Ubicación perfecta a 10min andando del casco antiguo. A todo el que lo visite, que cuide del gatito que ronda los jardines del apartamento!

No hay parking y es difícil de aparcar. Además hay muchos mosquitos debido a la maleza del jardín.

Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem und sehr hochwertig, ebenso war der Trockner sehr hilfreich. Das Bad ist wunderschön und geräumig. Die Einrichtung im Allgemeinen ist sehr schön und macht einen überaus gepflegten Eindruck. Alle Geräte im Apartment sind von der Marke Bosch und funktionieren einwandfrei.

Wir haben das Apartment für unter 200 € die Nacht gebucht, dass ist es definitiv wert. Allerdings haben wir gesehen dass es auch für 400 + angeboten wird, den Betrag finden wir nicht gerechtfertigt. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze sind rar. Die Sauberkeit war eine 8/10.

Je suis très déçue par le comportement de cette personne. Nous avons pris une location de deux nuits. Les photos de cette location sont une photo avec un salon une chambre et cuisine donc un appartement . Arrivée sur place une petite chambre avec salle de bain . La personne ne veut rien savoir
