It’s fantastic. Mario was helpful in setting us up and giving recommendations to restaurants or transportation

The apartment is modern, clean and close to the old city (within 10 mins walk). It has a fantastic view from the balcony and quiet at night. 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Very bright and spacious. A/C works well too.

It’s situated at a higher elevation so we have to walk uphill 5 mins to get back from the town center. Not fun when it’s hot.

Perfect stay in great location

Loved the location. Short walk to the Riva. We didn’t mind the steps up, worth it for the view & quiet location. Great to have the outdoor area. Very spacious apartment, everything new & nicely decorated. Lots of toiletries, towels & beach towels. Plenty of storage in bedrooms. The quiet location & air conditioning contributed to great nights sleep. Mario met us on arrival. Great communication with host.

Great space for couple or a family, great location, and fantastic balcony views!

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed, including a few items in the fridge. The host were prompt and very helpful. The view from the balcony was outstanding.

The unit was a bit expensive compared to a few other choices, but was worth the money.

Great spot to explore Split

Very tastefully decorated , beautiful location with near surround balcony allowing views over the harbour. Air conditioning was very effective in lounge and both bedrooms.

A dish drainer for the kitchen sink and some extra shower gel mini bottles. We had lots of shampoo and hair conditioner but only one shower gel bottle. It wasn't such an issue as we brought ours

Absolutely loved it and if we knew anyone going to Split in the future we would highly recommend this apt.

Immaculate, comfortable, perfectly located, with stunning patio views. 5 min walk to the promenade.

It wasn’t an issue for us but would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues as there are a good few steps down to the city center. We actually loved the walk - it was great after a meal and it was through a lovely street with tons of places to eat.

Super modern property with beautiful views

Very friendly welcome to show us around the property and hand over the keys. Highly modern and super clean and spacious apartment. Outstanding views from the terrace. Very comfortable beds. Nice quiet location but easy walk to restaurants

It didn't bother us at all, but there are quite a few steps on the path up to the property. Might be difficult/arduous for some. But what it meant for us was the great views!

A superb apartment in a great location.

The apartment was in a great location, close to the old town but in a quiet area, with amazing views from the wrap around balcony of the promenade and harbour. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Mario met us on our arrival and carried our cases up the 2 flights of stairs for which we were very grateful. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and Mario went the extra mile providing some welcome drinks in the fridge, coffee and tea. There was a selection of toiletries in the bathroom and towels were plentiful for our week’s stay and there were even beach towels. There were some great restaurants close by and a small supermarket providing warm, freshly baked croissants every morning. All in all a superb apartment for a comfortable stay.

The apartment was perfect. The only possible problem was the walk to and from the old town as has been mentioned in previous reviews. We counted 49 steps but with a reasonable level of fitness they were very manageable (there’s a seat half way up!) and as has previously been stated well worth the climb. Obviously if you have a car or choose to take a taxi they are no problem at all.

10/10 Beautiful Apartment, Great View, Close to Old Town

One of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed at abroad. Almost brand new. Super tasteful decor, everything has a super high-end finishing. You can really see and feel that the owners put their heart into this place. The view does not disappoint either and it’s really just a short walk from the old town. You’re also very close to the Marjan Park. Great for hikes and morning runs. If you’re happy to spend a little bit more then that’s absolutely the place to stay at in Split.

The apartment was complete with a beautiful view. Good beds, nice kitchen. Also host Mario was the best we ever had!

We had a wonderful time, the perfect holiday - we only wish it had been longer

We were blown away by this apartment. It is beautifully designed and laid out. Mario the host has thought of everything a visitor might need - even down to spare plasters. We also got wonderful welcome gifts of figs, home made biscuits and olive oil. The location is perfect, perched up on the hill, just by a pine forest, so it is quiet with spectacular views of the city and harbour with cool breezes but close to lots of restaurants, shops, the harbour and ferries.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property - we would book it again. However it might not be suitable for people who struggle with steps and could find the walk up the hill challenging.

Everything!!! Amazing luxury apartment in upmarket area - spectacular balcony view of Split and the harbour. Beautifully designed throughout, with every practicality covered (iron, hairdryer, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave). Kitchen fully equipped with fab american sized fridge. Lovely comfortable beds with deep mattress toppers. Good aircon & wifi. Mario is an exceptional host, nothing is too much trouble - communication second to none. Perfect stay in Croatia - would return 💯

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The evening walk back up the 50 Marjan Hill steps could be tiring, but absolutely worth it for the views

Views, quiet, modern, well equipped with a great host

Communication was excellent and the planning was straightforward. Really appreciated being able to change times without stress. The location is fantastic with views of the old city and harbour. We were able to sit on the balcony and take it all in. The block is quiet but close to the Marjan and City. It is particularly well equipped and we greatly appreciated all the little touches. As it was getting warm while we were there, the air-conditioning, which wasn't immediately clear in the description, was fantastic.

We had a great time staying here. The property is tastefully decorated, spacious, clean, and very conveniently situated as the center of town is very close. The view from the balcony is stunning, we used every opportunity to hang out there and gaze at the city and sea whilst enjoying drinks and snacks. The parking space was ideal and removed the stress of finding a spot on the street. Communication with Mario was perfect, he followed up with me, was very welcoming, and offered great tips. Don't hesitate to book!

Exceptional

Beautiful apartment, had everything you could need and exceptionally clean. The most amazing views from the terrace and plenty of space. Only a few minutes walk into the centre and the walk was down a Beautiful lane with restaurants and bars. Contact with host was great, met us at the apartment and was very helpful and contacted us during our stay checking all was OK and offering help. Can't recommend enough, didn't want to leave.

Great choice!

We really had a nice time and it was a great experience. The apartment was fantastic, very clean and so comfortable. The terrace view is just breathtaking. Mario was super friendly and so helpful with everything we needed and he gave us a lot of tips on what to do, where to eat, go out, and which places are worth seeing in Split and we enjoyed every second of our time. Mario keep up with good work!!

Excellent apartment with great location located near city center and old town as well, extremely clean & comfortable with an amazing view to city of Split. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly host Mario, he makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city, supermarket,shops, restaurants, bars are within walking distance. We already recommend this apartment to our friends who are visiting Croatia and Split this summer.

Exceptional

Perfect location! Nice and calm area on the Marjan hill, few minutes walking distance to Diocletion's Palace, all the sights, restaurants...on the other side, few steps away from the entrance to Marjan Park, for swimming, running, tennis! Fabulous views from the huge balcony.Apartment is very spacious and modern. Our host Mario was super lovely, helped us with everything we needed and gave us lots of tips! :)

Where to start...amazing views from the huge balcony, location is perfect, quiet and the centre is only a few steps away . Once you park (free private parking in front of the building which is a big plus) everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is very well decorated, located on top of a private building, tv's with netflix in all rooms each with a balcony, all the appliances you could want, free coffee, lovely bathroom.
