The Condo

The fully updated kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a farmhouse sink, ample prep space, and a Keurig coffee maker for easy mornings. Whether you're preparing a full dinner or beach snacks, you’ll have all the essentials at your fingertips.
The king master suite offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable king bed and a private en-suite bath featuring a double vanity and jetted tub. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, generous storage, and access to a separate full bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Step outside to your private balcony overlooking the golf course, the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. With ample seating and a relaxing swing, it’s a guest favorite.

There are exterior stairs for the unit entry. Guests must sign a Rental Agreement that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. Guests must purchase a parking pass of $10 per vehicle required by Seascape Resort to park on the resort. Each vehicle is required to show the pass on the dashboard. Please let us know how many car passes will be needed. Golf carts can be rented from outside rental companies but guests must purchase an additional parking pass to display on the golf cart during their stay. Guests WILL be fined if the cart does not have this pass displayed on it by the HOA. All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules. No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.

Such a wonderful property! Manager was so helpful and very responsive. Condo was clean and the resort amenities were perfect for our family. We would love to come back and stay for some of the concerts. Kitchen had everything we need and more. Will be back soon!

We had a wonderful vacation! Check in was easy. Swing on porch with a huge plus. Host is very easy to work with. Pool options are great especially with the kids. Husband enjoyed watching the golfers. We saw a previous review about the smell, but owners have replaced rugs,curtains and other linens and we had zero issues. Cannot wait to book our spring family vacation!

Golf course property, be careful with golf ball landing on your vehicle, secluded nice!! Had to drive closer to get to the pool and walk to the beach unless you go at 6am to beach. Please have owner of property change carpet in the dining area, I like pets but do not like the smell of their urine while I’m trying to enjoy a meal. And the odor is very strong otherwise home was clean. I had to buy my own fabreeze odor blocker to put on restroom and rooms to help wit the pet smell. I like pets I own a dog but I’ll not stay at a home with odor.
