This beautiful home offers 2400 square feet of furnished living space and is a short 5-minute walk away from the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This property comes with a “street legal” 6-passenger Golf Cart, included in the price! Pool can be heated!
This beach house accommodates NINE (9) guests and comes with a private heated pool surrounded by lush landscaping for a moment of tranquility. There is an additional fee for pool heat.

Grocery shopping is super convenient with Winn Dixie less than 2.0 miles away or Publix and Whole Foods less than 4.5 miles away. Take a relaxing walk to Whale’s Tail for coffee or cocktails to watch the sunrise or sunset. Enjoy a golf cart ride to indulge in some delicious local seafood overlooking the Gulf of Mexico at Captain Dave's or The Crab Trap or for a romantic dinner, the Beach Walk Cafe at The Henderson is absolutely stunning at sunset. Experience hand rolled ice cream at Frozen Dune Rolled Ice Cream just .7 miles or a short 10-minute walk away. The Destin Commons Shopping Mall is less than 4 miles away and offers some of the best shopping and entertainment for the entire family to enjoy. Enjoy the day sand-free at one of the panhandle’s largest water parks, Big Kahunas, just a 7-mile drive! Bikers will be in absolute paradise, with 20 plus miles of bike paths to explore along the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico and we highly recommend renting bikes from Coastal Cruisers.

- Amenities include a private pool, outdoor grill, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, 5 flat-screen TVs, free WIFI, covered front porch and screened back porch, air conditioning and central heating, laundry room with washer and dryer, linens, and bath towels.
- A camera is located outside by the front door and over the garage for additional security.
- An initial setup of amenities is provided: 1 roll toilet paper, 1 each travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap per bathroom; 1 roll paper towel, 1 kitchen hand towel, 1 kitchen sponge, small bottle Palmolive, 1 packet of dishwasher detergent and 2 kitchen trash bags; 1 single use box of laundry detergent
- BEACH/POOL TOWELS ARE NOT OFFERED
- Beach chairs (6), beach cart and beach umbrella provided. We also offer a cornhole board for some fun by the pool.
- POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST.
- Driveway will accommodate 4 standard size vehicles.
- Fabulous Destin Beach location - Within walking, biking and golf carting distance of the beach with beach access.
- Less than .4 miles to white sand beaches and turquoise Gulf of Mexico waters!
**Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not offered as they are not permitted on the beach. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service** There are several public beach accesses within a half mile of the home.

- NO smoking in home, on porches or balconies or within 10 feet of structures
- Pets are allowed - PET DEPOSIT REQUIRED and is NONREFUNDABLE. Guest must notify owner of type of dog and MAX is TWO (2) dogs.

The hosts and property manager were outstanding to work with. They were responsive and thoughtful to our needs. The house was clean, well stocked and comfortable! The location is ideal. Close to restaurants, the beach and stores. The golf cart was a great addition.

Wonderful place to stay and the owners were very easy to work with. The house setup is perfect and the house is stocked with everything you need. The house is within walking distance to the beach but the golf cart makes for a quick trip. There are several places close by to meet all of your coffee, shopping, and dining needs. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

This was a great spot for our group for a concert event at Seascape resort. The golf cart made transportation easy, the house was updated and clean, and had plenty of room for our crew. The hosts were responsive and very informative on things to do in the area.
