This home is roughly an 8-minute walk (2-minute Golf Cart ride) to the beachfront road and a 15-minute walk (4-minute Golf Cart ride) to Whale`s Tails/public beach access.
Located in a beautiful, walkable gated community, you are a short walk to stores, a coffee shop, eateries, ice cream, and a winery. Relax and sip coffee on the front porch made at the coffee station in the house or take a short, easy walk to Bad Ass Coffee which is a few hundred yards from the main gate.

There is parking available for 3 mid-sized cars in the driveway and the courtesy Golf Cart (LSV) in the garage. There is no street parking allowed per HOA rules (strictly enforced). Guests with more cars than fit in the driveway may choose to park additional cars at local commercial lots.
There are smart TV`s provided that you can login and and use streaming services, but basic cable is not provided.
Early check-in or late check-out can be purchased in 2 hour blocks for $100 (Subject to availability, contact host for more information).
To access this property, before arrival, the individual booking will need to sign a rental agreement and a provide a copy of your drivers license or other acceptable form of photo ID. Details on how to sign agreement and provide ID will be sent after booking (simple links that take a couple minutes to complete). If you would like to see the details of these agreements prior to booking, simply message us and we can send you the details through the platform messaging system.
We have one security camera on the front porch of the house. This camera will be on during your stay. This camera does have the ability to record audio and video. There is also a ring doorbell at the front door, this device is not connected and is broken.
Required booking age is 21 years of age or older (meaning the person booking must be 21).
The cocktail pool is heated to roughly 92 degrees all year long.

A golf cart (LSV) is available for guest use during your stay; however, it is not an automatic amenity and may only be used by guests who complete and sign a separate Golf Cart Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver prior to arrival.
The golf cart is owned by a separate entity (197 Lakeland Drive LLC) and is provided under a commercial rental insurance program with no additional cost.
Guests must meet eligibility requirements (including valid driver’s license and age restrictions, must be 21 or over), and their personal automobile insurance will be the primary coverage for any incident.
If the required agreement is not completed, the golf cart will not be made available.
Our HOA has the following rules that are strictly enforced:
No RV`s, large commercial vehicles or motorcycles
No street parking and no grass parking
Must be 21 years of age to use golf cart

Great layout. Went with 3 couples. Everyone had at least a queen bed a their own bathroom. Golf cart was wonderful additional. Very clean, great layout.

This home is absolutely beautiful and is exactly as listed by the owner. Beautiful gated neighborhood. We felt very safe there. Great location to beach, shops and grocery store. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable. Added bonus was the inflatable mattress that we used for one of our grandsons. The bathrooms are large with great showers and good water pressure (we’ve stayed at a few places where this was an issue). Having a laundry room with large washer and dryer was so convenient. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals and there is a gas grill. The living room was spacious and has a large sectional that was great for our family of 11 people. Our grandsons loved the cocktail pool in the backyard and they used it a lot. There are really nice beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys for use in the garage. Thanks so much for that! Having the community pool was great after spending the morning at the beach. It was a nice size with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Had bathrooms which was a huge plus! Our family enjoyed having the golf cart immensely!! Would never stay at Miramar without one. We took it to the grocery store and other shops and drove it to the beach daily. Went for evening rides everyday and the grandsons loved it. Communicated a few times during our stay and the host responded very quickly. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The place was honestly even more beautiful than the pictures. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for our stay! It came with everything we needed for our stay and more. 10/10 would recommend for your stay!
