Communication was excellent, Bedrooms were clean and very comfortable, Kitchen was very good. Living room furniture was old and uncomfortable.Outside patio was very disappointing. Basically was unusable. Furniture was dirty and torn. They did offer to send someone out to clean it but we didn't want to deal with that inconvenience to our time there. Cleaners need to do a better job cleaning

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the owner. They were very personable and quick to respond with questions. The house is in a perfect location to the beach and the house is furnished with everything you’d need for the stay. We will be back.
