Your beach house awaits! Tucked in Destin’s exclusive Frangista Beach neighborhood, Sandy Cheeks is a two-level, pet-friendly vacation home less than a two-minute walk from the beach. Each level features a full kitchen and living area making it a great option for vacation parties with multiple groups or families. The home includes spacious living accommodations, well-appointed bedrooms, a 10'x15' private pool, four complimentary bicycles, and free seasonal beach chair and umbrella service. There are a total of five bedrooms and three and a half baths. It can sleep 16 beachgoers, plus your furry family friend (2 dog limit - 40 pounds or less).

The first-floor has a sunny and cozy living room with seafoam colored walls. Two queen-size sleeper sofas and a twin sleeper sofa, a matching loveseat, and three accent chairs make up a casual seating ensemble. A wall-mounted TV is provided for entertainment. Tile floors flow into a dine-in kitchen with a round table and seating for four. The kitchen has chocolate cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. A glass front door leads to the outdoor patio and private pool. Furnished with outdoor chairs, picnic tables, and a grill, guests will love spending time lounging by the pool.

Two of the home’s bedrooms are located on the first floor. One room has a queen-size bed, handsome wood furnishings, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the patio. The other is a colorful bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk, flatscreen TV, and beachy décor.

Spiral around the interior staircase or take the exterior stairs to the second floor and find an open-concept great room. Natural sunlight filters through large windows and French doors to brighten the space. In the living area, a large wraparound couch faces a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and modern credenza. The space flows seamlessly into the dining area with a white table on a tropical rug. The adjacent kitchen includes spacious cabinets, granite countertops, a tiled backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. From this level, guests can access a furnished, breezy balcony.

The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor. One of these is the master suite, which boasts a king-size bed, handsome hardwood furniture, TV, a large window, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen-size bed, while the other has a twin-over-full bunk.

In addition to lovely accommodations and a private pool, this property is within walking distance of a community pool. The pool area is surrounded by palm trees and tropical flora, creating the perfect setting for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Besides the pool, the shimmering shores are less than a two-minute walk from the house at the deeded Frangista Beach access. Other perks of Frangista Beach include close proximity to popular restaurants like Pompano Joe’s, Whale's Tail, Silver Sands Premium Outlets for discount designer shopping, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard. Ocean Reef Resorts guests also receive discounted rates for golf, tennis, and recreation rentals at the nearby Seascape Resort.

*Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.
