Having a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, this home features a sparkling fenced-in private pool and sleeping accommodations for 22 guests including a private carriage house complete with its own kitchen and living space! Inside the main home, there are two separate, spacious floor plans on both the first and second levels, each with a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The first level has a guest bedroom with two queen beds, another guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. The entrance to the upper levels is accessible from the first-floor balcony. The second floor has 2 guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin-over-full bunks, plus a full bathroom. The king master suite is on the third floor and boasts balcony access, a large ensuite bathroom, and a queen sleeper. As an added bonus, there is a carriage house located behind the main house with a queen bed and queen sofa sleeper. Outside, there is more to enjoy, including a fenced-in yard for your pet and a propane grill to enjoy cooking outdoors year round.

Frangista Beach is an upscale community in the heart of Miramar Beach on Scenic Gulf Drive. Featuring both beachfront homes and vacation homes just minutes from the sugar-white sands. This coveted community is close to favorite local restaurants like Pompano Joe’s and Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill, and some of the best shopping in the area. Frangista Beach is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Frangista Beach is located less than 2 miles from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible eateries, upscale shopping and a park with pop up fountains at its center.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
