Escape to Seas and Greetings, a 5-bed, 4.5-bath home in Miramar Beach's gated Emerald Waters Village. Perfect for 14 guests, this coastal retreat features 2 community pools, a gourmet kitchen, and is a short 5-minute stroll to private beach access. Enjoy family-friendly amenities in an elegant, comfortable setting, close to shopping and dining.
The Space
The bright, open-concept main floor is designed for gathering, with comfortable seating in the living room and a dining area for 8, plus 5 more seats at the kitchen breakfast bar. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features two full-size refrigerators, an under-counter ice maker, and a beverage center, making meal prep and entertaining a breeze.
Sleeping Arrangements:
First Floor King Master Suite: Spacious suite with a sitting area, 55” 4K TV, and a private en-suite bath featuring a double vanity and large walk-in shower. A full-size crib is available in the large closet.
Second Floor King Master Suite #1: Complete master suite with a sitting area, 55” 4K TV, and a private en-suite bath.
Second Floor King Master Suite #2: A second complete master suite with a sitting area, 55” 4K TV, and a private en-suite bath.
Second Floor King Guest Room: Bonus guest room with a 55” 4K TV, en-suite bath, and access to a covered porch.
Second Floor Bunk Room: Custom-built room with two twin-over-full bunks (4 beds total) and a 55” TV, perfect for kids or extra guests.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 5-bedroom home, including all interior spaces, porches, and the outdoor patio with a gas grill.
As our guest, you also have full access to the two lushly landscaped community swimming pools within Emerald Waters Village.
The private beach access for the community is just a short 1.5-block stroll away.
Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that golf carts count toward this vehicle limit.

Grocery Delivery: Don't waste your beach time in the store! We've partnered with Two Chicks & A Cart for optional pre-arrival grocery delivery. Your kitchen will be stocked when you arrive.
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, bath tissue, and dish soap to get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in may be subject to a processing fee.

We had a great time at Seas and Greetings! The house was perfect, very clean and the kitchen was stocked wonderfully with items for all types of cooking!

If you’re looking for a spacious, beautiful, tranquil home for your next Florida vacation, THIS IS IT! The house is absolutely beautiful! The house comes with basically everything you need for your stay! It also has an ice maker included inside the lower cabinets in the kitchen which was super convenient when packing coolers for the beach. There is a laundry unit upstairs and downstairs which was perfect for our family of 11! We used the refrigerator in the laundry room to store all of our canned and bottled drinks, and used the fridge in the kitchen for all of our food! 4.5 bathrooms was a lifesaver while our large family got ready for dinner outings! The beds are comfortable and having the tall ceilings on the second floor made it feel even more open and spacious! I can’t speak highly enough on this home! Great location as well! Short walk to the beach, and just steps away from the community pool!

The house was beautiful. Cleanliness was less than desirable, with the floors being dirty to the point we had to buy our own cleaning supplies and clean the first night.
