It's always a pleasure to stay at this family friendly Seascape Resort. There is so much to see and do, that it is guaranteed to turn your vacation into a lasting memory! For starters you will enjoy the nearest pool just steps away from your patio, or you can just sit and relax on your covered patio, have a cool drink and enjoy watching a game of pickleball! The Seascape Resort has a wide range of dining options as well within minutes of this beautiful villa. You can access the amazing white sand beach through the resorts private beach access. The Seascape resort is also close to the largest outlet mall in the nation, Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, as well as golf, more shopping, a movie theater and lots more food options!!! There's even a pharmacy and a grocery store near by, so convenient. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is the perfect location with access to several pools, pickle ball and tennis. With a fresh start to a new season you can rest assured that Seascape will have everything you need to enjoy your time here on the Emerald Coast!
The master bedroom suite has a large king bed. The guest bedroom also has a king bed with a hall bathroom and a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room and both bedrooms have smart tv's. This condo is on the ground floor so no stairs or elevator to deal with. There is open parking available, we provide 1 parking pass. Also, a coin-op washer and dryer conveniently located in the front entry way directly across from the front door.
Pets considered: Dogs under 30 lbs. Must provide vet records for proof of spay/neuter, shot records and recent photo of pet. Must travel with crate. Minimum age, size and other restictions apply. Pet fee applies. Prior approval is required.

Location to the beach was a bit too far if carrying beach gear. We used property parking lot across road from the beach and drove to beach. Outside property area was well maintained. Property only provided 1 towel per person for the week. Had we known this we would have brought more from home. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. Faucet in hall bathroom leaked and had low pressure. Thank you for allowing pets. Overall a good rental for the price. We would rent again.

We were overly impressed with our recent stay at seascape. The condo was extremely clean, everything looked new. Great location! Neighbor in the complex was very nice. Have travel memories was very helpful during our booking process!
