About this house rental
This luxury 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is close to the beach. The beautifully designed open layout has high ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout. It features high end finishes including granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There are three king bedrooms and a bunk room with two sets of twin over full bunks. Every bedroom has flat screen smart TV and a private bathroom! One of the king bedrooms also has an additional queen over queen bunk bed. The community pool is also just a couple of blocks away. If you’re interested in renting a golf cart, ask us about discounts!
The house is in a quiet, gated community with cobble stone streets and small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this coveted community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants like Pompano Joe’s and Whale’s Tail Bar & Grill, and some of the best shopping in the area. Less than 2 miles from the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has excellent tennis facilities. The house is also less than 15 mins from Silver Sands Outlet Centers, Destin Commons and Grand Boulevard at Sandestin. So, plenty of shopping close by! Snorkelers in your group will enjoy the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, located just 685 feet from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's). Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet.

Great location, 5 minute drive from the beach. Tons of great places to eat. The property itself was very spacious for our family - 4 adults, 5 kids, with lots of room to spare. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is everything you see in the pictures! It would have been an excellent experience if we did not have coaches in the home on the first floor. Made it difficult to enjoy meals there. The manager responded immediately by bringing us some roach spray and roach traps.
