Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Location is ideal for walking across the street to the beach and Whale's Tale restaurant. Beautifully decorated & clean condo with an ocean view from the front door. Cons: to exit or enter the grounds, you must drive all the way around to the other side and get access through the security guard gate, because the gate near the condo is for residents only. That was VERY inconvenient. It was quicker to walk than to drive all the way around the whole place each time, but who wants to walk everywhere they go?! The beds are very uncomfortable. The stairs to the top floor are dangerously steep.

Location is just about perfect and the condo is well stocked with towels and well kept and cleaned. Some critiques…Kitchen has no dry storage for food if you plan on cooking during your stay.Master bedroom is a loft (only three walls) and bathroom has a sliding barn style door, all which face open windows so privacy can be a concern. Beach equipment has about had it and needs to be updated as the cart doesn’t Rolland the chairs are rusted out and there are no surf toys left.All that said, it really is a nice place that is in a perfect location. We would stay there again!

The property location was great and overall fairly clean. At times it was hard to find any parking. Also there were lights that didn’t work and the temperature was not well circulated nor did it get cool enough.
