About this house rental
Our 100 m² house is located in Contes, 20 minutes by car from the beaches of Nice and 35 minutes from Monaco.
Ideally placed for visiting the French Riviera, it offers space and comfort for a stay with family or friends and can accommodate 8 people, ideally 6 adults and 2 children.
Located at the end of a private road, it offers tranquility and privacy. A factory, a vestige of the region's industrial past, is part of the landscape, but as it is no longer in operation, it does not generate any nuisance.PGJyPg

We will be present to welcome you. The guaranteed arrival time is 5pm (possibility to arrive earlier depending on availability). Check-out must be before 11am.
We do not charge a cleaning fee but we ask that you leave the accommodation clean on the day of your departure.

More out-of-the-way than we expected: the house is not in Contes itself, but down the valley through an industrial area. But quiet and well-appointed. Nice terrace, big living room. Kitchen is well equipped, missing only some lids for the pans and a good knife. Limited hot water in ground floor bathroom. Thick stone walls keep it cool in the hot weather. Hosts were there to show us around and to close up.
