Quietly situated on the first floor of a historic, three-story building, Casa Elda is the perfect base from which to explore Italy’s southern Alps and Lake Garda.
The property has been recently refurbished with a contemporary interior and features a stylish open-plan living space. This area incorporates a modern kitchen and is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a Smart flatscreen HDTV and a dining table. The kitchen is fitted with: a Dolcegusto coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Bedroom 1: The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a flatscreen TV and a large, fitted wardrobe.

Renowned as the rock-climbing capital of Italy, Arco has a rich history with medieval streets, elegant villas and a castle. Perched on a rocky outcrop above the town, Castello di Arco (a 10-minute walk / 6-minute drive) is the town\'s most prominent landmark and enjoys views of the valley and Lake Garda.
Arco is surrounded by the mountains of the Southern Alps and attracts climbers from all over the world. The town hosts the annual Rock Master Festival, a major international climbing competition. Visitors can also enjoy hiking, mountain biking and paragliding in the surrounding countryside.
Nearby Lake Garda also offers opportunities for sailing, windsurfing, and swimming. The closest lakeside beach is a 10-minute drive away in Riva del Garda.
