Enjoy a cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen, and a private balcony with outdoor seating—perfect for oceanfront sunsets, morning coffee, and relaxing coastal vibes. Just a short 4 minute walk to the beach, local restaurants, coffee shops, and more! Enjoy the complex’s shared pool (heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day).

- There is one reserved parking spot in the lot near the house. There is also free street parking available, but please keep in mind a spot may be hard to come by during the busy months.

This charming town boasts a laid-back vibe, a mix of boutique shops, and a vibrant dining scene, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing vacation. The iconic Cement Ship at Seacliff Beach is a must-see, and nearby forested parks like Nisene Marks offer hiking and biking trails. Aptos combines natural beauty, small-town charm, and easy access to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, creating an ideal coastal escape for visitors.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Please note that a construction project has begun on the building and weekday construction noise is expected during the day anywhere from 8 am - 5 pm. We’ve already discounted the price to reflect this, and while we can’t offer refunds due to noise, we’re happy to help you find a quieter home if needed. You have 24 hours after booking to cancel for a full refund. We hope you'll still enjoy the stunning views, ocean air, and everything beautiful Aptos has to offer.
- Because of the natural surroundings and HOA guidelines limiting routine pest control, you might occasionally see ants during your stay. We’ve placed traps around the home as a precaution, but if you notice them becoming a nuisance, just let us know — we’ll be happy to provide additional support during your stay!
- The share pool in the complex is comfortably heated (approx. 82-84 degrees) from Memorial Day through Labor Day, offering a refreshing swim in the warmer months. Outside of this period, it’s unheated, but still open for those who love a brisk dip!
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

To help ensure a safe and secure experience for our guests and homeowners, the primary guest is required to complete identity verification and sign O'Neal Vacation Rentals' Vacation Rental Agreement after booking confirmation. Beautiful view and location. The all glass sliders are perfect on that cold morning to curl up with a blanket and hot drink and watch.Host communication was spot on and the amenities cover most everything. We appreciated the bbq grill and the fact spare tanks are on sight if needed.We look forward to coming back.

The view is amazing from the inside and from the patio. The condo was very clean and kitchen had everything that was needed to cook. Beach is 5 min walk. Will definitely stay here again.
