Welcome to a light, bright, and meticulously curated home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We keep our space beautifully updated with high-end furniture and a modern beach style.

The main living area boasts an open-concept floor plan designed for effortless entertaining. Relax on the large, plush sofa in the living room, flip on the 50" TV, and warm up by the cozy gas fireplace. Gather for meals at the gorgeous Serena & Lily dining table, seamlessly connected to a true chef’s kitchen. This fully stocked culinary space features premium appliances, high-end cookware, organic spices, and boutique appliances like a Dualit toaster and a Haden hot water kettle.

In the morning, visit our custom Keurig coffee station—fully stocked with an array of coffees, teas, honey sticks, and hot chocolate, complete with to-go cups for your sunrise beach walks. When you're ready to take in the fresh air, three full sets of sliding glass doors open out to our expansive patio deck. Equipped with comfortable lounge seating and a gas grill, it is by far the best spot in the house to watch the waves.

At the end of the day, a perfect night’s sleep awaits. Our ultra-luxurious pillow-top beds are dressed in organic linens. Shower off the beach salt and sand with our select line of tropical PAYA bath products and makeup wipes.

The Layout & Bedrooms:

Primary Suite: This grand suite features a plush king bed, a smart TV, and an expansive wardrobe with custom organizers, an air purifier, luggage rack and hangers. The private, spa-style en suite bathroom offers a blissful retreat, complete with a natural teak shower bench, select PAYA luxury bath products, a vanity makeup mirror, and an abundance of plush, crisp white resort towels. This is pure coastal indulgence.

Second Bedroom: Escape to a beautifully appointed haven with an ultra-plush, cloud-like pillow-top mattress and topped with a mountain of fluffy pillows that promise a blissful nights sleep. The room features a smart TV which is perfectly positioned for cozy viewing from under the covers. Equipped with a custom closet that has built-in organizers, a luggage rack, and hangers will keep your vacation wardrobe flawlessly arranged. Best of all, the bright, pristine second full bathroom is situated directly across the hallway, offering a step-away access that feels completely private.

Third Bedroom: The Bunk Oasis with the best view! This is not just any bunk room—this space boasts one of the absolute best views in the house! Featuring its own private set of sliding glass doors, you can relax in bed and let the gentle sound of the ocean waves lull you to sleep. Built for both adults and kids, the bunk beds feature premium, cloud-like mattresses, fluffy pillows, crisp organic linens, and cozy blankets. Complete with a smart TV and custom closet organizer, this light-filled room blends playful fun with boutique comfort. Additional blankets and pillows located in the closet.

Second bathroom: This blissful spa-style retreat features a premium walk-in shower with a natural teak bench, PAYA toiletries, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. Complete with crisp white resort towels, it offers a five-star pampering experience.

Ocean-View Workspace: Strong, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire home. The kitchen table doubles as a scenic workstation equipped with extra power outlets so you can work with a view.

Home Comforts: Stocked with board games, puzzles, card games, toys, extra blankets, space fans/heaters, air purifier, hair dryers, makeup mirrors, PAYA bath products and body lotion, and makeup remover wipes.

Tech-Friendly: Abundant extra outlets throughout the home for all your electronics as well as a full charging station in the kitchen for multiple devices.

Gourmet Extras: A kitchen packed with culinary extras like olive oil, balsamic vinegar, spices, premium coffee pods, creamer, a variety of sweeteners, tea, honey sticks and hot chocolate.

Parking & Beach Gear: The garage storage area is fully loaded with beach towels, chairs, toys, boogie boards, and a convenient pull-cart to wheel it all down to the sand.

Parking: Dedicated parking for one small/medium car in the garage, plus free, overnight street parking directly in front of the unit for additional vehicles.

Resort Pool: Access to the community pool, open year-round and heated from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Laundry: Access to laundry room on property.

Extras: A booster chair and pack and play are available upon request.

Our Cleaning Commitment: We take immaculate care of our home, thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing after every single stay. We pride ourselves on maintaining a sparkling-clean space year-round. For your peace of mind and convenience during your stay, we provide antibacterial wipes, hand sanitizer, and sanitizing cleaners.

Guest access
Guest Access & Privacy:

Enjoy complete privacy during your beach getaway. The entire condo, including its entrance and exit, is 100% private to you. The only shared amenity on the property is the community pool.

Location & Amenities Access:

The Beach: Rio Del Mar Beach is just a short, scenic 400-yard stroll right down the hill from our front door.

The Pool: Enjoy access to the community pool boasting beautiful ocean views. The pool is open year-round and heated from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Parking & Beach Gear: You will have access to one dedicated garage parking space suitable for up to a medium-sized car (please note large trucks will not fit). Free, overnight street parking is also widely available for additional vehicles. Inside the garage, you'll find our fully stocked beach gear setup—including beach chairs, boogie boards, a large roller cooler, and more!
