This is a nice little unit. Remodeled bathrooms, and well equipped kitchen. We were fortunate to find this place for the dates were were interested in (5 days before Thanksgiving Day) A few minor improvements would go a lone way. It would benefit from room darkening curtains in the two ocean view bedrooms. Only one bedroom had a chest of drawers or dresser. A towel rack in downstairs bath would nice. There are plenty of dining chairs but the table can only seat 6. No washer/dryer is a disadvantage but it's recognized in the rental price.

We stayed at this exact home over 30 years ago and were pleasantly amazed at all the upgrades. Very comfortable for 6 of us and loved the new floors and updated kitchen. Owner did a great job. Only thing we could think of was a new patio umbrella. Was pretty rusted with some duct tape repairs, otherwise everything else was great.

We love the location, we have stayed in other homes in the same area.Home needs updating. carpets filthly, sheets put on inside out. it needs a deep cleaning.Lay out kind of weird.
