Welcome home to your executive beach home! If you enjoy modern, exquisite upscale living then this is the home for you. And what more can you ask for but to enjoy all of it on this one of a kind beach front property. This home offers a covered carport that easily fits 4 cars. If you have stayed on beach drive then you know very well how difficult parking can be, especially in the summer time, so having this is a must!. As you walk in the front door, there is a welcoming foyer and a bench with storage for your shoes. On the next floor up, you will find the very large open floor plan living space. It is the perfect space for entertaining or simply enjoying time with the family. The ceiling has been recently re-done and has a gorgeous repurposed white wash finish. There is a very large solid wood dining table that seats 8 comfortably and extra seating area at the bar right off the kitchen. The kitchen is a chef's ultimate dream! It comes fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a top of the line 6 range gas burner stove. In the seating area, there is a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. Watch one of Santa Cruz's famous sunsets at the round table in the breakfast nook. From here there is deck with a full size patio table that seats 6 and a propane BBQ. On the last floor is where you will find all four of the full size bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom, and a corner sitting area with a papasan chair and it's very own private balcony. The rental was nice as always. Only problem (not a complaint), we noticed bug wings in the master bedroom on the floor and window seals when we checked in. Seemed like the cleaning crew didn't do a great job there. Turns out later in the trip, there we live winged bugs in the same area and near the master closet. Something to look into

Great location. Lovely large living space on the second floor. Comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the third floor. Some cleanliness and maintenance issues which were not solvable during our stay. The property manager acknowledged these issues and made adjustments. We would stay here again once the repairs and issues are addressed.
