Coastal bliss awaits! Enjoy 180° views of the Pacific Ocean in this spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo—perfect for families or groups! (Permit #211114) Relax on 2 private balconies with stunning ocean views, outdoor seating & a BBQ. Just a short 4 minute walk to the beach, local restaurants, coffee shops, and more!
Enjoy the complex’s shared pool (heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day).
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests
- 3 bedrooms - 1 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 4 Twin beds
- 2.5 bathrooms
- This home includes one reserved parking spot in the driveway. Free street parking is conveniently located just a short walk away, but please keep in mind that a spot can be hard to come by during the busy months. The garage is not available for parking.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- 2 Balconies w/ outdoor seating & a BBQ

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.

Guests will have access to the entire home, except the garage and a couple closets that are reserved for owner's storage.

Aptos is a coastal gem nestled in Santa Cruz County. With its stunning beaches, including Rio del Mar and Seacliff State Beach, it's a haven for sun-seekers and surf enthusiasts. This charming town boasts a laid-back vibe, a mix of boutique shops, and a vibrant dining scene, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing vacation. The iconic Cement Ship at Seacliff Beach is a must-see, and nearby forested parks like Nisene Marks offer hiking and biking trails. Aptos combines natural beauty, small-town charm, and easy access to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, creating an ideal coastal escape for visitors.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Rio Del Mar Beach (5 minute walk)
- Venus Spirits Beachside, Venus Pie Trap, Pixie Deli, etc. (5 minute walk)
- Nearest grocery store (5 minute drive)
- The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park (5 minute drive)
- Capitola Village (10 minute drive)
- The Mystery Spot (15 minute drive)
- Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk + Main Beach (20 minute drive)
- Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park (25 minute drive)
- Monterey Bay Aquarium (45 minute drive)
Other Things to Note:
- Because of the natural surroundings and HOA guidelines limiting routine pest control, you might occasionally see ants during your stay. We’ve placed traps around the home as a precaution, but if you notice them becoming a nuisance, just let us know — we’ll be happy to provide additional support during your stay!
- There is a spiral staircase to get upstairs in the house. Please keep this in mind if you're visiting with little ones, as there are no baby gates installed.
- The share pool in the complex is comfortably heated (approx. 82-84 degrees) from Memorial Day through Labor Day, offering a refreshing swim in the warmer months. Outside of this period, it’s unheated, but still open for those who love a brisk dip!
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

This property has an amazing view and easy beach access. We were very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the unit as well as high quality appliances, bedding, newly renovated bathrooms, etc. The ambiance is light, bright and the decor is just right. It was nice to see a minimalist ocean theme with tasteful artwork. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with quality cookware and utensils and the dinnerware and glassware is also high quality and well organized. This was a perfect getaway with our son and his family. We were happy to see beach towels offered as well as a fun and organized game cabinet. We will most definitely be returning with the hope that this great unit stays as clean and well-maintained as we found it.
