Great location and fantastic views. Our family (2 adults, girls ages 7 and 3) had a great time. The walk to the beach is very short (but hill is steep) and the cafe down the hill was nice to visit each morning. We have stayed in various rentals in the area and found that this place has good value.

We had a great time at the property. We were on the beach a couple times. We also made it into Santa Cruz for the boardwalk. I was surprised how close it is. The property overall is in good shape and everything is in working condition. Thomas D

As I write this entry I’m sitting on the condo’s sun drenched deck. Each morning and evening, from this balcony, I view a beautiful sunrise while looking to the East, and sunset while looking to the West. Yes, there are occasional reminders of being at the Cali Coast, such as intermittent fog, but a lovely gas-flamed fireplace fills the living room w/both warmth and ambiance. However, my final, and most joyful experience while staying at this property, is the expansive view of the ocean and roar of the surf. Looking out at the magnificent Pacific Ocean fills my heart & soul with awe and gratitude.Thank you to the property owner for sharing this jewel, and thank you to the helpful Kendal & Potter staff (especially Sandra and Rita), for being so helpful and responsive through this rental experience!
